I recently stayed at Camelot for 4 nights on business. What a gem of a find and what a delight to stay here. Bed was soooo comfortable it was difficult to get out in the morning. Crispy white sheets made it almost high end hotel standard! Superb location 5 mins from all attractions. Wonderful hosts with a wealth of local knowledge and a friendly welcome every day. In a nutshell we will 100% be back for any more business trips as this BB is one of the best I have stayed in all over the UK for many years. Superb value for money in a very buoyant area for local BBs Vanessa and Team take a bow......

We stopped at Camelot Guest House for a week. Vanessa is a lovely, friendly hostess, nothing was too much trouble. The room was good with tv, kettle, en suite. She made us the" full cornish", a large variety cooked breakfast,{free] which started every day perfectly. It is located very close to the town & pavilion gardens which give easy access to the beach, 2 other gardens, Pendennis castle & point.Falmouth is a pleasant town & touring centre for Cornwall, & we went to a long wish list of things to see & do on our 1st visit to Cornwall. We will return to Camelot, a lovely holiday. The climate is very warm for October, comparing favourably with southern Europe. We broke our journey near Gloucester. Well done Vanessa & team

We stayed at Camelot House and our hostess Vanessa was truly welcoming, nothing is ever too much trouble. We asked for a feather pillow and had one immediately. The breakfast was fantastic lovely locally sourced sausage and bacon and a wide choice. Really good value for money in a lovely spot close to the beach and lots of great restaurants and bars. Can’t wait to visit again.

Location wise, this couldn't have been more perfect. 5 minute walk to the beach for a quick swim in the morning, 5 minute walk back from an evening in the town. The building itself was pretty impressive too, a 4 (or 5? Maybe 6?) story townhouse which looked brilliant throughout. Very well decorated, incorporating a traditional, homely, seaside finish with modern comforts. This includes a large bed that sent us straight to sleep with clean covers that were just as snug. There was a lot tucked into the modest sized rooms without being cluttered, thanks to the large window which, as well as a tall view, let in generous amounts of light when the blind was open. There was also something about that lovely shower which made it so hard to get out of. The hospitality matched up - Vanessa and the breakfast host (sorry for forgetting your name!) were very friendly, tentative, and conversational - just as a B&B should be! We were genuinely made to feel like guests. The food itself was an added treat, particularly the sausages, so don't miss out on those! All in all, it was a great experience. We even said that, on most of our holidays, we tend to enjoy trying out other stays if we go back several times, but with Falmouth, we have no reason to. This place was perfect for our needs. Thanks so much for having us. x
