Fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. Lovey location over looking the sea. The hotel is very well presented throughout. The room was excellent, good size, clean, everything I wanted and more. Included a tasty selection of tea leaves and biscuits. Shower was warm and powerful, bath was huge, bed was comfortable. Good quality breakfast selection which was great. Staff were... More

Just back from a family occasion in Falmouth and we had a great time in the Greenbank. We had one double room and one family room. The hotel is really well located for the town centre. The food in both the bar and restaurant was fantastic - a super choice on offer for breakfast. Staff were lovely. We ordered Cornich... More

This is a real gem. An annexe to the main house surrounded by beautiful countryside about 15 mins from Bath city centre. the upstairs has a huge king plus comfortable fold-out single with bathroom (bath and shower), downstairs a huge comfy sofa,(also converts into a bed) big screen tv, kitchen and downstairs loo. Too cold to sit outside but lots... More

This was our first stay at the Greenbank and we were lucky to have panoramic views of the harbour and an outstanding room. We ate in the restaurant on the evening and the breakfast was cooked to order with a varied choice. Nicola on Reception was very helpful with our booking and all the staff were very friendly. We would... More

A warren of a hotel, oldest in Falmouth but with refurbished rooms and public areas. Good amenities in rooms. 5 minute walk from Falmouth town centre. A great hotel set in a stunning location. We enjoyed a fantastic panoramic view of the river / harbour from our room, which was well proportioned and clean, couldn't fault it. All staff very attentive and food excellent. Restaurant and bar have amazing views across Falmouth Harbour. Easy stroll into town plenty to see.

The hotel is in an old building so expect squicky and springy floor. The team is doing a good job to keep the hotel clean and we saw the teams doing maintenance work. We came off-season so we had no issue with parking. I would recommend to book a space in season as there is no other option nearby. The... More

It was easy to walk to from the town center and the staff were friendly and inviting. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was a bonus! A modern clean room with plugs by the bed!! The tea and coffee facilities were top class, even with loose tea and a teapot supplied. Breakfast was beautiful which was complimented by... More
