We are located only minutes from the seafront in Emslie Road, Falmouth, next to Princess Pavilion Gardens. Chelsea House has recently undertaken an extensive and loving refurbishment that has brought back all its unique character and charm. Incredibly impressed with our experience at Chelsea House. Made to feel very welcome indeed, everything about our stay was high quality. Sharon is lovely and helpful, we stayed in the Rod Stewart room and its a cracker. I would have given 5 stars just for the comfort and quality of the bed, it truly is wonderful and as comfortable a bed as I have ever stayed in. And if you are off to see a gig at the Falmouth Pavillion, then boy you really could not be much closer. It is literally a 30 second walk! Really impressed so thank you guys.

We have been staying at Chelsea House for many years and will never tire of visiting here. We are always greeted with a warm welcome. The whole experience is exceptional. The rooms are spotlessly clean, which is a credit to the housekeeping staff. There are fridges in the room which are replenished with fresh milk and water every day. The view from the rooms are amazing and if you stay in a room with a balcony you can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the ships in the bay. Breakfast is a treat with lots of choices, I can definitely recommend the scrambled egg and smoked salmon, all cooked by Nigel and Sam and served by Sharon with a smile. You can take this in the breakfast room, the garden room or on a sunny day outside. It is positioned in a quiet location with the town a 10 minute walk away, where there are some great restaurants and the beach is on the doorstep. It truly is the best and deserves everyone of the 5 stars.…

We really enjoyed our stay at Chelsea House and visit to Falmouth. The B&B is located within walking distance of the downtown. Our hosts Sharon and Nigel were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent.

This hotel is one of the best we've stayed in for a long time. Sharon and Nigel went out of the way to make our stay comfortable and homely. The extensive breakfast menu was great; the garden room available for all guests was an added dimension for guest to enjoy for an apero before hitting the town for a night out, or a take away meal. The hotel is out of the town centre with lovely sea views, but only a 15 minute walk away and a good local taxi service is available if required. A perfect place to stay in Falmouth and will definitely go back at some time.

What a beautiful house to stay in! Immaculate, so friendly, the most dog friendly place we’ve stayed in with huge considerations made to all who stay here. There is a separate small and cozy building to accommodate us for breakfast with the dog. I love the themed rooms, the honesty bar, the fantastic breakfast and the location. We found it easy to park and loved the sea views. Sharon and Nigel have put extensive work into this well loved house and run the business with obvious love too. The care, communication and attention to detail was appreciated so much. Thank you!

Sharon and Nigel have gone out of their way to provide everything and more that one needs in a guest house. Each room was very well appointed and everything we could have wanted was already there. We were made very welcome and the service was outstanding. We had a really enjoyable time.

Chelsea House is a gem. We are so glad we found this B&B in Falmouth. Sharon and Nigel are awesome hosts. Great location, minutes walk from the train station. It is centrally located within walking distance to Gyllyngvase Beach & lovely seafood restaurant Hooked on the Rocks. Pendennis Castle & town centre (Sabzi Deli is a must go to for healthy lunch) is very walkable in the other direction. We were on a 32 days UK trip by train and Falmouth is our half point. Sharon was so accommodating and did not hesitate to help out with a much needed load of laundry. Our Freddie Mercury room is very clean, with a comfy bed , mini view of the ocean and welcome treats from Sharon. Our delicious breakfast are made to order and Sharon surprised us each morning with her special baked treats for afternoon snack. We felt very much at home, pampered and taken care of during our stay and will definitely return in future visit to Falmouth.…

This is quite the best place we’ve stayed in after several visits to Falmouth. We will definitely return. Sharon and Nigel were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were amazing, and our room was perfect with a very comfortable bed, fluffy white towels and a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony where we sat each evening.
