Chelsea House is a stylish retro-chic bed and breakfast in Falmouth, Cornwall, originally built in 1908 as the home of a Dutch Packet Ship Captain. We stayed for 3 nights at Chelsea House and it is a great find, we had a lovely stay. Sharon and Nigel are warm, friendly and attentive hosts. The location is perfect, easy to park and a stroll to the beaches and a short walk to Falmouth town and good routes out if visiting other locations in Cornwall. We liked everything about our stay! Nothing is too much trouble. The attention to detail in the decoration, style, cleanliness, service and delicious breakfasts is second to none and we will be back!

This was our second visit and it’s just as good as ever. Perfectly situated for an easy walk into town, beaches and Pendennis Castle. With rooms themed around music greats ( we were in the Freddie Mercury room) everything you could need is there. It’s a nice touch to have fresh milk in the fridge for your tea or coffee along with a homemade brownie to greet you. Nigel and Sharon and all of their team are perfect hosts, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The place is immaculate and the breakfast cooked to perfection. Every day we were given a homemade treat to take with us during our days out. There is a beautifully designed garden room which is really comfortable and has a supply of excellent beers and wines with an honesty box policy for whatever you take. Everything about this lovely hotel is well thought out and well executed. We wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else.

I was down for 4 days from Scotland and wow the location is perfect 5min walk to the town and it’s only a street up from the beach. The rooms are perfect and the bed is very cozy. The breakfast tho is perfect from a wide range of choices from vegetarian to fruit to cold choices to a typical full English breakfast but i have to say everything cooked to perfect. I’ll b back down for sure next year but for longer 🤩🤩 would love to just thank Sharon and Nigel for making the holiday perfect 🤩

Fantastic B&B, would highly recommend! Just had a lovely 5 night stay at Chelsea House, in the Rod Stewart room, which has fabulous views of the sea. Sharon and Nigel are wonderful hosts and made us feel so welcome. Top quality rooms/and the breakfasts are delicious, really fresh, homemade and cooked to perfection. Sharon makes some gorgeous delicious homemade treats each day, whether it’s chocolate tiffin, flapjacks, blueberry sponge or shortbread, they all taste amazing! S&L
