Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Another wonderful stay at Treworgey. The cottages are fantastic, everything you require for a comfortable stay - the cottages are very cosy and the views are fabulous. Any problems are dealt with immediately - who could ask for more. Have been staying here every year for over 20 years just love it. Never want to leave.

Where do we start. This was our second visit to Treworgey and boy we were not disappointed. We stayed in Willow Cottage and it was just perfect, the cottage was well equipped with everything you needed for your stay, the views from Willow are just breathtaking. We have already booked for next year and we cannot wait to return. Well done Treworgey

We stayed at Annie’s cottage after Christmas and over the new year This cottage is just outside the main treworgey site We arrived in the dark and wondered where on earth we had landed! However the cottage was lovely and as ever every detail was perfect with additional seasonal treats for us . The following morning , as frequent visitors to treworgey , we found our bearings quickly and loved the location ! We always walk to the Plough for a meal and with this cottage we were much closer ! Would definately stay here again ! Thank you Treworgey !

Dear Julia, glad it wasn't too daunting arriving in the dark at Annies after all! We're so pleased you found the cottage to your liking and would definitely stay there again. Annie's Cottage is extremely private and quiet but, as you mentioned, luckily it's easy to get your bearings once you find and use the short-cut track down to Treworgey. We're so pleased you enjoyed your stay over New Year. Many thanks for your review and we hope to see you again soon.

As always, another wonderful, relaxing break at Treworgey- this time in Geoff's Barn. A lovely cottage with a super spacious lounge, comfy bedrooms and a great garden for the dogs. January is a great time to visit-so quiet and peaceful and a lovelycosy fire to come back to of a chilly afternoon. Can't fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the super location. Our eighth visit, I think...and without a doubt not our last! Sue & friends and the dogs- Riley, Molly, Thomas & Dora.

Delightful as ever. Our 4th visit, this time we stayed in Hollyhock, a beautiful 1 bed cottage overlooking the Goats and Pond. Supremely comfortable. We love it so much at Treworgey we have booked the same week in 2024 as they were booking well in advance!

I think this our was 13th visit. A lot of people are confused as to why we love Cornwall so much, and specifically Treworgey Cottages. The answer is simple. Why travel to faraway exotic places when you can have the pure beauty, peacefulness, and the slow paced life of Cornwall? Treworgey is just such a special place for us. We honeymooned here, spent 2 very special big anniversaries here, and have brought our family and friends here. We never visit in the summer, as the beauty and magic of Cornwall, in our opinion, is much better in the spring and summer! We have already booked for next December, and have provisionally booked to spend our 35th wedding anniversary here! The staff are outstanding and will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottages are beautiful, comfy and warm, with everything you need. We even had Smokey the cat welcome us as soon as we arrived (he is an old friend - we've known him since he was a kitten), and he even invited himself to stay with us the whole week! (Sorry Team Treworgey - we fed Smokey every day, and he seemed very put out when we left - he knew he was on to a good thing!!) Don't change a single thing - Treworgey is just perfect.

Lovely cottage and countryside setting, our 15th visit and booked already for next year. Wonderful place for dogs too, and great walks from your cottage or further afield. Great attention to detail, loved sitting in the hot tub in the evening with the Christmas lights 🎄⛄️🎄

All the cottages are perfectly clean, homely and extremely comfortable. At this time of year, the log fires are a delight. The staff really couldn't be any more helpful. The location is very close to Looe and everything that goes on there. The walks on the farm are varied and well thought through. The facilities are great and there's a comprehensive DVD library FOC. Even supplies are available in their little store. A perfect gem in every way. Can't wait to come again
