Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Sharon is a super host, couldn't be more helpful with local advice. This B&B is in a quiet area of Looe and a good base to explore the local area. Our room was clean & comfortable and the breakfasts were great.

I booked this guest house with booking . Com and subsequently filled in a review for them. It seems odd to me that there is no sign of this on their website and I can only assume perhaps it was removed as the review was not perfect. The good points were cleanliness, which I could not fault and breakfast was good. The hostess Sharon was very nice. We had a room with balcony and seaview. The room itself was small and we were falling over one another, also the bathroom was the smallest I have ever encountered. By the time the tea maker was situated in the room, there was no space to put anything else. If I had needed to wash my hair (there was a hairdryer) it would have been challenging! The really small TV was very high up on the wall. If we had wanted to watch more I would have had neck ache. The sea view from the balcony was ok but slightly obscured in front by other properties. Yes it was quite a built up area. Parking was always easy outside. So in summary our stay was ok but in my opinion did not warrant the reviews that had been posted on line.

This is a cracking little b&b - only three rooms, two of which have balconies and a sea view. The rooms are lovely, the balconies a real bonus, the food was excellent and Sharon was a lovely host - nothing was too much trouble. Check out her art work for sale in the dining room as well.

Stayed for 5 nights. Still has good covid precautions, one of which is to serve breakfast to the rooms rather than in the dining area. This was wonderful on a sunny day as the balcony gets the morning sun, however a little cramped when it was raining! Breakfast was delicious, with choices for both cooked and continental. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. My husband was worried about the parking which is on the road outside the garage, but we got a space each time we parked. There was a lovely kiosk just down the road and wonderful views across to Looe island. I suppose the one thing I missed was interaction with the owner, however understand her precautions as she has an extremely vulnerable family member.

My husband and myself just spent 4 nights at this little gem of a place. We had a seaview room with a balcony. The room was fairly spacious and immaculately clean. The little balcony was lovely to sit out on in the sun even in October. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before and was delivered to your room due to covid. No full english breakfast but plenty of choice, the fresh fruit salad was lovely. Sharon couldnt have been more welcoming and helpful. The view was amazing and would highly recommend Seaview if you're looking for a lovely quiet b and b in beautiful Looe.

Great little place tucked away just off the coast road in Hannafore, it's up the hill slightly so you still get a great view of the sea and Looe Island. Sharon is very welcoming and managing Covid controls very well. Breakfast in our room was a delight with lovely views of the bay from the french doors/balcony. It's a short walk into Looe with a whole range of places to eat out. Highly recommend staying at Seaview - thank you Sharon.
