A very friendly.
Room was clean, bright and a lovely view over the river, so at least was worth the climb to the top floor. The room would benefit with the tv being on the wall rather than the dressing table top.

Very convenient location, plenty of pubs and restaurants close by. I booked a single room for a one night stay while walking the South West Coast Path which turned out to be a large en suite room. Good breakfast.
