Lovely hotel staff really friendly and very attentive, great facilities. Only moan would be struggled to park on a couple of occasions but this was probably because it was half term and hotel was very busy

The hotel doesn't have any ground floor rooms, access to the upper floors is via stairs or lift. There are no dedicated disabled rooms, but there are larger rooms which wheelchair users can access.

We have a few dedicated pet friendly rooms on the first floor and some have showers. I'm afraid we do not have any ground floor rooms. We do have a lift to all floors.
