I have been going to Treloy now for the past 10 years with my 3 girls and now my grand children 😊 The owners and staff on the park are very helpful, kind, polite and keep the whole park in immaculate condition no matter what the weather brings! The site is secure and very safe to allow children the freedom they crave whilst on holidays! There are 2 outside parks and a zip wire along with a games room. Evening entertainment is fab, the bar is well stocked and reasonably priced and a the perfect lovely environment for a relaxing Rattler or 2! This is a family site, so you can always hear the sound of children playing and living their best lives. However at night the park is quiet which allows for a good rest! I truly couldn’t recommend this site any more if I tried. My family have made priceless memories here and will continue to do so! Thank you Treloy! 🥰

This was the first time we visited Treloy, we just saw the good reviews on Tripadvisor so booked 5 nights camping here. We had a great time! Greeted at reception on arrive, polite and helpful staff. Pitch was plenty big enough for 3 tents. Toilets, showers and washing up facilities were excellent, the best I’ve ever seen. Cafe open twice a day for breakfast and then again early evening for sitting in or take away. Large choice on menu and a specials board each night. Outdoor pool was clean and tidy, plenty of loungers and heated to a good temperature. Kids play park is good, sand on ground and zip wire. Shop was well stocked prices average for a campsite. Lovely fresh pasties and cakes each day. The games room only has 1 pool table and 1 table tennis table would be nice to have some other games to play. Bar and club house small but adequate though fills up quickly on bingo or quiz night. Definitely will book again.

We booked here for a camping family moon, formerly known as a honey moon, as me n Deb got married in 12th August. This is our first trip but my eldest daughter was here last year so we came on her recommendation. We made lots of amendments to our booking as more family decided to come celebrate with us. Everything we asked for was accommodated and got quick responses on email. The ease of booking and paying was brill. So when we arrived I was amazed at how clean this place is. They were really friendly at reception and very clear with the do’s & dont’s which for us is brill. So pitched up, massive pitch which was just what we needed. Good ground. Pool is amazing, spent almost a full day on there. Not too much chlorine either which was ace. The cafe is a superb place to eat. Lovely people, great food and not expensive. If your a burger fan try the Treloy loaded. Everything cooked to order. Shop onsite not expensive either. The main shower blocks are amazing for a touring site, I would be happy with these in a hotel to be fair. Again spotless. Just a word to people who visit, clean up after yourselves though, there are floor things provided and toilet brushes it just takes a few seconds. Keep these the we want them and I just wish that when you press the shower button it would stay on a bit longer, but I get it. Pot washing and even the chemical waste was clean. Great thinking from Treloy regards dogs as there is a dog wash area on the side of the main shower blocks to get the sand out their fur, warm water too. Everyone we encountered were polite and friendly. We thought the quiet time was from 11 so at about 10:15 a guy came round and asked us to keep it down, fair enough. He was pretty okay about it and we didn’t want to break any rules etc. Just wished the pitch next door got the same who came at day 5 and partied until gone 11 but maybe I could have said something. So in a nut shell this is an amazing touring park that blows quite a few others out the water and it’s not too bad priced for what you get. We had the best holiday we have had here, so much we are making this our yearly go to place. The people are great, the food is great, the pitches are brill, the site is spotless, the amenities are top and it’s all value for money. Thanks Treloy you gave us an amazing honeymoon.

Thank you for your lovely review! It's great to hear that you had the best holiday, and enjoyed the pool, cafe, shop and found the shower facilities to be amazing. We're pleased that you liked the spacious pitches and found the staff friendly too. In regards to the noise, quiet time starts at 10pm, any issues can be reported at the time to the site warden or security. Thank you for your feedback! We look forward to seeing you again next summer!

We had a lovely week at Treloy, showers, toilets and washing up facilities the best we ever had on a campsite. The employed staff were lovely, all work so hard doing multiple tasks. I would like to feedback to the owner, on the website it says you are allowed visitors, however it does not say they cannot park. Make this clear on your website as being told off for parking near the reception really intimidated people visiting us. My auntie and my daughter ended up in tears as they were spoken to rudely, woman do get intimidated by aggressive/rude behaviour. I personally didn’t find you intimidating, I tried to talk to you reasonably which you did, but not all people can handle confrontation, you never know what people are going through do you should at least ‘always be kind’

We are pleased to hear that you had a lovely week and that you found the facilities to be the best you have ever had on a campsite. Sorry to hear that you felt that your relatives were upset by being asked not to park in our entrance for the day. Allowing this can cause us logistical issues with guests arriving and departing towing their caravans. Your auntie appeared upset on arrival and clearly hadn’t been made aware of our site rules regarding this, as explained on our website in our T&C’s. We have these rules in place as we have no car park and require our entrance area to be kept clear for our guests staying on site. This is especially important in the morning as this is the busiest time, which is why we restrict the times when guests are allowed visitors. It is unfortunate that you had not communicated these rules to your friend and that she was upset to hear them first thing in the morning. If you had asked us in advance, we would have explained them to you: “Visitors to the Park: With prior agreement, we may allow your visitors at our discretion. Your visitors may not arrive before 12noon and must leave the Park by 8pm. They must stop and register at reception, where you can meet them. Please note that for safety and security reasons we do not allow visitors to drive around the Park and we will not enter their car registration into our ANPR barrier system. Your visitors are not permitted to use our facilities. It is your responsibility to ensure that your visitors adhere to the Park Rules.”

This is our fourth visit to Treloy, and each year the campsite is updated and improved. This year the swimming pool area has been redesigned and is very clean and plenty of room to swim laps in the morning, or watch children play later in the day on one of the many recliners. The staff are amazing, friendly, and always available to answer questions. There has been ample room left on the site for dogs to walk, and even a large football field. My daughter is a fan of the zip line, and in the evenings, the pool and ping pong tables. The shower facilities are superb, with en-suite showers, much nicer than many bathrooms at home! We always pick a pitch at the edge of the property, so we can enjoy beautiful quiet sunsets and sea views. It’s also quiet at nights, and the night staff are happy to pop over if there are ever noisy neighbours, which there hardly ever are. Having beautiful beaches just around the corner, and Truro a few miles away, gives us no reason to look elsewhere for the perfect, dog friendly and relaxing family summer holiday. The shop has everything you need, so there’s no need to leave the site either. My son is a fan of the warm cinnamon buns in the mornings and the milkshakes. We will definitely be back next year if there’s availability!

We had one camper van & small tent for the kids for 5 nights costing - £400. We booked Treloy to be close to boardmasters as a safety net for the kids. But the drop off and pick up point was not near Treloy, as it’s only campervans and weekend parking at RAF St Mawgan, close to Treloy. The bus stop is a walk on a busy bit of road with no verges. The internet connection is rubbish and to pay £10 for 24 hours per device is really unfair in this day and age. I feel like the owner did not like tourists and I’m from Cornwall, he was just there to take any money possible. I paid £5 in the shop for a bottle of water & can of soft drink, extortionate. My husband couldn’t come on the Wednesday evening as he was working until Friday, so arrived separately in the car. I booked the car in and had to pay a further £16, even though the car fitted on my pitch. The car number plate recognition did not work for some reason so had to pay £20 deposit for a button to let the car in and out, ( even though the man on the desk said it was my driving). I picked up dog poo twice from my pitch, I did not have a dog with me. Will not be returning and would warn others to stay away.

To clarify a few points: You are right to point out that our campsite is not close to the festival drop-off point and is in no way associated with it. For the bus stop, we advise walking up through our site, directions are on the map we provide when you check in, to avoid walking along the road where possible. The wifi is £10 for a week, not 24hrs as you state. The service is provided by a local company. We have fresh water drinking points throughout the campsite so you can refill your water bottles. The water we sell in the shop are £1.30 and cans are £1.40, which is very reasonable, so totals £2.70, rather than £5 as you state. There is a charge for extra cars, as stated in our tariff. The £20 deposit was returned to you, it wasn’t a charge or cost to you.

Rained most days and 50 mph winds didn’t help when staying at the park. The site has all the facilities you’ll need - clean toilets and showers, cafe, bar, shop etc etc and the staff are really helpful and pleasant. We stayed up at the top and if the site which is definitely the quiet area. As expected the nearer to the play area you are the noise levels ramp up a notch. Be careful of the small children exiting the play area onto the main road within the site. Our serviced hard standing pitch was large and level. Some of the other pitches seemed a little close. There is nothing wrong with the site, we just couldn’t use it to its full potential because of the weather.

Lovely place, facilities are clean, pool is warm. Shop well stocked. One ask, there’s lights at woodpecker end for the late night trips to the loo. But no issue. Staff are great. Weather was pants this year. But a great holiday, would highly recommend this site
