Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed here for 2 nights after lockdown when campsites were allowed to open back up.

Excellent facilities which were pristine clean! Toilets and showers were absolutely spotless and water was very hot.

The pool was open and well managed during the Covid situ allowing families to book 1 hour slots for soul use.

An excellent break in the camper and I’d not hesitate to book here again for future trips to Newquay.

We have stayed with Riverside for the past 6+ years and always had a great holiday here.

The site is in a nice quiet secluded area but still only a 5 minute drive into Newquay town centre and has a farm shop just up the lane.

They had excellent procedures in place this year to comply with COVID the Caravan we stayed in was left open for our arrival and had been fully sanitised

We stayed in T27 a 8 birth 3 bedroom two bathroom caravan with central heating the caravan was in very good condition and was perfectly clean

The staff members were welcoming and polite as always

This year the indoor pool was still open and could be pre booked in 45 minute slots and cleaned before you entered an excellent idea and much appreciated they are going to these lengths in these difficult times

Thanks
Riverside

Lovely park in a secluded, picturesque spot. Only 5/10 minutes from Newquay by car but so quiet and pretty (car a must).
The facilities and park are so well maintained (particular note children’s play area which I find is always neglected but not here).
Bar was cute, cabin style, very reasonably priced,
Takeaway same.
Paul was very accommodating and friendly.
Would definitely recommend and return.

Stayed here in September. We arrived with another couple and had two pitches next to each other, overlooking the river. Facilities were clean and plentiful. Will be returning. Pool on site with individual use in these unusual times. Covid friendly.

Site was quiet and away from the hussle of Newquay. Staff were amazing and Paul went out of his way to help us when our car broke down. Bar was really reasonable and bar staff were friendly and helpful. Take away was good to. Chalet did need a little bit of maintenance but it was certainly a good standard and comfortable. Loved the view over the caravans and had rabbits outside every morning and evening which was lovely. Will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful park with friendly people. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely little bar and takeaway. Spotlessly clean. Lovely toilet and shower block for those in their own caravans or camping. Loved the pool. Even the rabbits stop to say hello. For the first time ever we have booked to come back next year. Can’t wait.

Had a lovely stay here, staff and people on the site were friendly, received a welcome pack, plot size was big. The toilet facilities were excellent and clean, showers were hot. Had a swimming pool, games room, club house. Not too far from Newquay. Loved the rabbits that were running freely around the site. Dog friendly. Morrisons, mcdonalds and lidl near by.
Would stay again

Hello, Our season is from Easter to the end of October, we do have seasonal pitches, but these are offered back to the customers at the end of the season, and we very rarely get them back.
