Paid 190 for a room, and it literally was a room. Had a set of bunk beds that shook like it was in an earthquake every time you moved. The car parking was a case of people putting there car anywhere and the owner not caring. You had to hand your car keys in incase the owner wanted to move... More

I would recommend this place for a cheap value stay. The owners are really friendly, helpful and easy going. The surf hire is cheap and flexible, and free parking which again is a bargain. The rooms are basic but the beds/pillows are very comfortable so for the price it is an excellent place to stay! We will be back again... More

We stayed at the surfers hotel for 4 nights while visiting Cornwall. The room was immaculately clean, the bed comfy and the staff lovely. I wouldn't recommend the surfers hotel if you are looking for luxury, the rooms are basic without a TV etc but if you really feel the need for this then you shouldn't be staying in Newquay... More

We arrived early before check in and the staff helped us to find parking, this was very kind of them as the area was very busy. We got early check in to our room which really helped us get a full day on arrival day. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Wifi was weak however the bar area... More

When we booked this for our spontaneous week in cornwall we were a bit apprehensive as we had a terrible experience on our last stay in Blackpool but upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely warm atmosphere and a delightful smile from the owner on reception, we arrived early for check in but were told we could park on... The accommodation is very basic, and this is what surfers need! so if you are looking for something fancy just try to find another place. We were happy to get a double room in Newquay in the very last moment for such an affordable price. The only drawback was a noisy flushing tank in the bathroom and noisy street (if... More

I went with 3 other mates (17,17,16,16 males). This was perfect for what we needed, we wanted a cheap place to stay with a secure room. Everyone was super chill and allowed us to do what we wanted, even allowing us to bring food ect into the room. This isn't really the right place for families, but groups of guys... More

Without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Expected basic as reflected in the price but this was beyond basic! The shower in our room was held up by copper wire! The shower itself was terrible, no water pressure had to take the shower head down and wash myself with it, tiny shower, the shower curtain stuck to... More
