Stayed for 3 nights, the host was very welcoming, the location was excellent and ideal for travelling around Cornwall. The kitchenette was great and included cholate biscuits, a selection of snacks (cereal bars, savoury waffles, cakes), any hot beverage you could ask for. The room was spacious, very slick and all you would expect from a new build, the shower was fantastic. The host Alison was kind enough to provide a birthday card, prosecco and cholates.

The negatives were the bed was too soft for me, but this is personal preference as I prefer a firm bed, my partner loved the bed. I could not get network service in the room but wifi was strong. I think the addition of having an option for a hot full English breakfast would push this accommodation beyond barriers but then again who am I complain when Alison makes incredible home made pastries for us the night before.

We stayed at No12 Furze Croft for 3 nights in August. Alison was very helpful before our visit, suggesting restaurant recommendations and her communication was great. When we arrived, Alison gave us a warm and friendly welcome. The room is lovely, super clean, ghd hairdryer, dyson fan, ironing board etc everything you could ask for! The location was excellent. Breakfast was a highlight and the little kitchen you have is just perfect. Stocked with everything you could want and more! We really enjoyed our freshly baked crossiants and the fruit salad was delicious.

The bed was very comfy and the shower was great. We felt like the little details had been thought of. We really loved our stay and have recommended to many friends.

Thank you Alison xx

Had a wonderful two night stay at No12 Furze Croft. We had come to St Ives for a friends wedding and this B&B was such a find as its so easy to access other beautiful places to visit. The accommodation was perfect in every way and our continental breakfast was the ideal start to the day (fresh fruit salad, croissants & orange juice plus cereals & yoghurts etc). Thank you Alison for making us so welcome, we will definitely make a return visit in the near future.

We wish we had booked for longer. Alison is a host in a million. Very generous. The comfortable accommodation was immaculately clean. The facilities are above and beyond. Luxury branded toiletries. Breakfast was everything you could wish for and more. You can stay here and want for nothing.
Every type of tea, coffee, nespresso is available.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Sad to leave. Thankyou xx

Alison and mark could not have been more friendly or helpful. Very knowledgable of the area and provided great information. Beautiful breakfast. Comfy and modern room. Only problem I thought was not being able to walk to a town for dinner or shop. But definately a great place to stay and visit Cornwall

12 Furze Croft is an outstanding B & B, but much more. Our room - the only letting one - was located on the ground floor of this modern 3-storey house in the village of Nancledra, about 3 miles from the bustling town of St Ives, and in the midst of beautiful countryside. The room is airy, spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, as is the beautiful en-suite. Our host, Alison, was and is a delight, and the kitchenette where she leaves fresh croissants, fresh fruit salad, and just about anything you could want for breakfast, is so handy. There is every type of hot drink you can want, several cereals, as well as (we had) blueberry pancakes, chocolate chip danish, etc, etc. I cannot rate 12 Furze Croft highly enough - Alison you deserve 6 stars...

The whole experience was amazing from the arrival to the check out, first Alison and Mark are brilliant welcoming hosts who should be proud of the service they offer. On arrival we had a Cornish cream tea waiting for us which was much appreciated as we had traveled over 7hrs. The accommodation is really clean and modern with the use of a guest kitchen, which is well stocked with a variety of teas, coffee and hot chocolate. The fridge had a couple of cans of pop and bottled water. All nice touches that we hadn't expected. The breakfast was served in your room and set you up for the day, the fruit salad served for one was more than enough for two, the whole breakfast was well presented quality products. The location is within easy access to various coastal towns and coves. I would definitely like to spend a weekend there again.
