Clean, friendly, great breakfasts! Special feeling to this building, very friendly couple greeted us, The only negative is the shower in the small double was very hit and miss.

There's so much to love about this place.... First off, we are Doc Martin fans, so this was a bit of a pilgrimage for us. The hotel is in the building that acts as a school in the TV show, so it was pretty cool just to be there. Second, our room (Latin) overlooked the harbor with perfect views of...

We enjoyed our stay in probably the best room (Latin) in the hotel, fantastic views from the large windows. No shower in the ensuite, just a bath with shower attachment. The hotel could improve if they got Sky TV fitted as standard across all their rooms as just 6 freeview channels available. Our windows could have also done with a...

We recently stayed in beautiful Port Isacc for a week and luckily discovered this restaurant on our 1st night. We returned 3 more times, and each time the food was excellent and the staff were very very friendly. By our last night the staff even knew what we wanted to drink, and were more than happy to let us change...

We had a really enjoyable stay in the Art room at the Old School House. Very comfortable bright and airy room with a view of the harbour. A quirky hotel in a great location, Port Isaac is a beautiful little fishing village well located for walks on the coastal path and for exploring the local area with Polzeath, Rock and...

Staying at the Old School House Hotel is a wonderful experience. .. in the center of Port Isaac. The rooms are snug an very comfortable and the great breakfast is the only way to start the day. .. With so much to see. Port Isaac is so beautiful. ... Oh and all rooms look over the harbor.

The School House hotel is ideally situated for a stay being mid-way in the tiny, but beautifully formed fishing village of Port Isaac. Check-in and out was swift and efficient and the staff we met from bar to restaurant were exceptionally friendly and helpful and always available to provide assistance when needed. We reserved the “Latin” room, which was spacious...

Wonderful views. Great customer service.. these folks work hard to ensure the visit is memorable. Accommodations are in the center of all tourist attractions but after the buses leave the village us yours!

We have eaten here twice in the bar area of the restaurant - good idea to book and there are only several tables in that area but are happy to let you bring dogs in. We enjoyed beer battered fish and chips which was delicious and second time had steak and fish pie. Staff were really friendly and we didn't...

We were walk in guests. The food was fabulous, my wife had the Sea Bream and I the loin of pork. Both meals were delicious. The service was attentive but not overly so. A relaxed and enjoyable meal. I think we were lucky to be out of season. But if you are in this part of Cornwall then put this...
