This hotel is my favourite in the whole of cornwall, not only does it have a wonderful setting with spectacular views from mostly every room in the hotel, the staff are friendly and attentive to the level you would expect from a 5* hotel The food is amazing with a wide variety suitable for most But by far the best...

We were tempted to stay here by the obvious excellent location and a good two day deal. Lesley, who we first encountered during our telephone booking, met us during our late check-in and the next morning gave us some good advice for a walk into St Ives along the cliff. Breakfasts were good and we ate in on the second...

Carbis Bay is few miles from St.Ives Cornwall. The hotel along with associated self catering accommodation benefits from a peaceful and stunning beach location. The hotel is not a new building however it has been invested in to be modern and comfortable whilst still retaining the grandeur of it's heritage. My room was modern, clean and very comfortable and indeed...

Gorgeous food and spa especially the outdoor hot tub and heated pool which over looks the fantastic beach, short walk over to the hut for a meal which was so tasty and picturesque, fabulous treatments had in the spa with lovely views to admire whilst you wait, only down side is very small changing rooms and crammed when busy.

Have read about the bay, but never been. The hotel was typically early century, with add on's. Staff were very warm and welcoming. Room was lovely, clean , and had all normal modern day requirements. Only thing missing was tea bags, but a quick visit to the kitchen soon solved that minor problem. Views are stunning, Spa facilities good, with...

The menu choices for lunch were good and the food delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and can't wait to go there...

I have eaten Sunday lunch in the restaurant of the Carbis Bay Hotel every few weeks for the last 10 years. It never fails to impress. The staff are attentive and friendly, the ambience is quiet and luxurious and the pianist is an added bonus. The location is stunning. From memory,10 years ago 2 courses + a complimentary glass of...

After a 7 hour nightmare drive down we (4 adults) checked in for our 3 night 'Twixmas break' to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was dark when we arrived. First impressions were favourable, friendly receptionists, one helped carry our bags up to room on second floor (no lift). Our 'Superior room' was warm and cozy but showing some signs of...

My mother and I stayed here 3 nights and had breakfast and dinner included. We stayed in the deluxe suite with a sea view and it was absolutely stunning. Cannot fault the staff, particular mention to the restaurant manager who made our stay very special and to the reception manager (Nancy) who did everything to make our stay as luxurious...
