Lovely little hotel, booked a studio apartment for three nights and was very pleased. Spacious, clean, comfortable and lovely views. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault it! Parking, short walk to railway station and down the hill into town. Breakfast was very good. We also had dinner one night, scallops to start with lamb as mains and panacotta...

A superb hotel. Great location. Great friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Great sea views. Bar area is a perfect location looking down on to the beach, a little cold to stand on the decking area but I'm sure it's great. The breakfast is very good. Looking forward to staying again soon.

We stayed here in February for three nights. The Hotel is well placed and it's easy to walk into St Ives. The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. They make you feel very welcome, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is a little tired in places, this should not put you off, if you are happy to stay...

The hotel staff were lovely and very welcoming,on a dark wet February night. Our twin room was exceptionally clean, looked recently redecorated including new carpet. The breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked. The staff were very accommodating of a very large family group ( many of whom stayed at the hotel) that remained in the bar til late.

Extremely welcoming and friendly. One waitress in particular went out of her way to help us and make us feel part of the hotel family. The meals were superb and staff went out of their way to help us celebrate our son's special birthday. Rooms very comfortable and clean. We would love to stay here again.

A birthday treat from my husband! The hotel staff made us welcome from our arrival until our departure. Our bedroom room was clean, comfortable and met all our requirements. The cooked breakfast was really delicious! We liked the fact we could walk into St Ives and pick up coastal path walks on leaving the hotel, and not having to use the...

You can judge most places on on what happens when the Manager is absent, in this case nothing as the place runs like clockwork. The Manager was on holiday when I booked in and returned 4 days after my arrival and you could not tell She was absent. Hats Off To all the beautiful, efficient and the most friendly staff...

Great Sea View deluxe room on 2nd floor, Nice welcome by attentive staff. Food in the Bistro was some of the best we`ve had for a long long time. Good bar but not enough guests to make it buzz. Same applied to the Bistro unfortunately , but it was Mid Jan! Would definately go again --- if in the area...
