We stayed here for a long weekend in June and found the hotel delightful. Comfortable and friendly. Nice views down to the coast. A walk down the hill to the town takes about ten minutes. No complaints. We will go back.

Hello. The town, harbour and beaches are about 15 minutes walk from the hotel where there are plenty of good restaurants and bars. Parking is difficult in the town but parking at the hotel is free. In the summer there are frequent buses to the town and Porthmeor beach.
When you ask whether the beach area is easily accessible, I wonder whether you are asking in connection with mobility issues. The beaches surround the town but are generally accessed by steps or steep slopes which might be a problem for wheelchair users or people who are not able bodied..
