We took our children on a suprise holiday for the last week of season what an amazing place, we went 7 years ago with oldest son this park has improved so much, staff are amazing nothing is too much they were so good with our youngest whirl wind, I think children now own most of foxy shop best time had highly recommend thank you xx

We stayed at John Fowler St Ives Holiday Village as a family with our dog over October half term, renting 2 sliver caravan lodges. The grounds of the holiday park are very well kept and the onsite launderette was very useful. On arrival it was not obvious where to check in as the reception is tucked behind the bar / entertainment area and the restaurant. Once checked in, which was an easy process we proceeded to our accommodation. Both caravans had a distinctive smell when we opened the doors, which we later discovered this was a smell of stale urine coming from the bathroom radiators (which got worse when the heating was on). One of the caravans had holes in every internal door, marks on the flooring and the boiler was not working (which later got repaired by the maintenance team). The caravans were very warm and felt secure; however the internal furnishings were in need to updating. The sofa's were smelly and stained, the carpets needed a clean, there was dust and cobwebs in the corners, the wardrobes smelt of stale sweat and the dining room chairs were broken and very uncomfortable. The swimming pool was a bonus; however again it felt tired and in need of updating. We have previously stayed at other holiday parks and found that they offered more children's activities during the day which I think St Ives holiday park would benefit from. It is a shame that the forest area is not used by the park to a greater extent, there is opportunity for ranger walks, wildlife talks, bike hire etc which would benefit the park. The entertainment was great and the 2 events organisers worked hard even though it was the end of season. In general the staff were very pleasant and friendly and when approached they were happy to help. We had food from the restaurant twice; however it was quite expensive. On the second occasion we ordered 4 take out pizzas at a cost of £52. When getting back to the caravan and opening them we discovered that 3 out of the 4 were burnt which was disappointing. The onsite shop was a great addition, it was well stocked and reasonably priced. Overall we had a good holiday; however the cleanliness and quality of the accommodation could be improved. …

Stayed here during the October half term week. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable on our arrival and the platinum lodge we stayed in was beautiful and well equipped-absolute credit to the cleaning team as it was spotless and beautifully presented, thank you! The accommodation at this park is of a very high standard and the location is peaceful, nestled amongst mature trees. We had a lovely holiday and hope to return next year. We highly recommend a holiday at St Ives holiday village! Thank you for a lovely relaxing break.

Arrived at St.ives holiday park Monday the 30th October for 4 nights. There was a small problem which was quickly rectify. Cristina (the Manager) was really helpful and hopefully we will get a free upgrade in February as we regular customers. Our loved we stayed in was nice and clean and the bed were very comfortable as well. we loved the stayed and we have booked for next year. We had the best week ever with the family. On our arrival Christina and her team had added a few touches for us due to us having our "mini moon" at John Fowler's St Ives. We were welcomed with banners,balloons,mugs and also a bottle of prosecco. Our accommodation was brilliant, the hot tub made it even better. Our 20 month old daughter loved the club, swimming pool and also the arcades.

16th year at St Ives and gets better every year. Two weeks enjoyed by all the family. A massive thankyou to Christina and all her team. Accommodation was spot on as always thanks to house keeping. The grounds look fantastic, thanks for all your hard work all year round. The hot tub man is so lovely he always has time for a chat even though he is busy.
