Popped in here for Sunday lunch, had a lovely roast beef dinner and the wife had the roast pork. We weren’t at all disappointed. They even bought our dog a nice dish of water. The fire was roaring and the pub has a nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Popped in here as the rugby was on and as it was blowing a hooley outside.Am I glad I did was a delicious homemade roast. One had pork one had beef and another had the vegetarian option. The veg was plentiful. And the gravy was so tasty..after the roast and a slight break…
The staff are very friendly and helpful the food is of very good standard and plentyfull, prices are excellant. A warm welcoming fire in the cold February weather. Very clean bar area and dog friendly.
