Stayed for a weekend for Hubbys Birthday. It was lovely, staff were so friendly, particularly lovely Andy who seemed to be Jack of all trades (also he cooks the best breakfast we have ever had). Food here is superb generally, rooms lovely, quaint and clean, would recommend and

Lovely friendly hotel, really warm rooms on a cold winter’s weekend. Very accommodating, standard pub menu, well cooked and quickly produced meals. Pretty village with friendly locals. Nice coastal walks from here.

Hello! There is no parking at the New Inn, however there is a public car park around 100m away. There is no vehicular access to Clovelly street, you will see why when you get there! The Red Lion Hotel is on the harbour at the bottom of the hill, there is a separate road access that can only be used if you are staying there, there is parking there. Higher Clovelly has a few B&B's. Hope that helps, Paul

Hi there, Clovelly is a pedestrianised village due to the steep cobbled street. Parking is situated at the top of Clovelly, you need to leave your car at the top and walk down the cobbles to us, approximately 10 minute walk.
