As other reviews have indicated, the hotel no longer exists and the building has been demolished. There are 260 privately owned chalets on site, one and two bedroomed with kitchen, bathroom and lounge, many of which are let for holiday use. Chalets are advertised individually so to see facilities, prices etc search for Norton Park chalets. This review applies to... More

There is no hotel any more, but a lovely chalet park, we stayed at number 46 located just a few steps from the car park, very well equipped for young or old. Clean tidy, TV plenty of storage space. Alas no shops on site, but just down the road is vast choice of shops and petrol stations, fill up here... More

Very good for the inexpensive price, everything one could want available easy to get too and near shops and restaruants, I would recommend for a short break without the children but 2x adults and 2x children could be accomadated,

We stayed at 'Hove To' chalet on Norton Park over Easter and had a really lovely time. Great area with lots to see and do, great beaches locally and some great places to eat in Dartmouth and lovely shops. The chalet was really comfortable and well equipped, comfy beds and amazing value. We will definitely return.

The Hotel is now closed so there are no facilities on site. We stayed in one of the privately owned chalets which was lovely equipped with everything you need. It's a nice peaceful site, the weather was glorious when we stayed and we sat out relaxing over drinks. Just down the road is Dartmouth which is a beautiful place and... More

The Norton Park hotel, perhapse a little more rags than riches, never the less holds an undeniable charm. My husband and I stayed there for two freezing, snowy and highly enjoyable nights. The pub downstairs offered a roaring fire and good selection of real ale, friendly and helpful staff, and a troupe of visiting moris men! The artwork on the... More

This is a great park for chalet accommodation, the hotel is now closed and will probably not re-open for a some time. The park is well situated for discovering south Devon and the south Hams, great if you have a bus pass, as buses will stop for you outside the park. The chalet owners have a web site with information and... I read with interest the reviews here on Trip Advisor for the Norton Park Hotel. The hotel complex has been in severe decline due to the lessors, Estates & Management, of London N3, deliberately running the place down. The locals suspect that E&M want to redevelop the site. Howver, it is still possible to have a holiday on Norton Park... More

Found it on late rooms, true it is budget accomodation at £39.00, but there is a limit!!.The musty smell hits you like an overwhelming smog and as you walk up the stairs a horrific red and yellow painted manikin with no hands stares down at you, it's like the house of horrors. Bedding was clean, shower hot but the room... More

Dear Mr/s Lancaster, I am so sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us in September, had you told me during your stay, I would have been able to explain things and hopefully correct any shortcomings.
