I booked with 2 friends for the spa retreat package. It was £75 each and you had access to the “spa facilities “ all day as well as an hour long treatment and afternoon tea. Thank goodness we didn’t arrive from 10 as suggested because the “spa facilities” consist of a mouldy

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry you were disappointed with your experience. We will address your comments with the team. Certainly the towels should have been folded properly in the spa area and the area should be immaculately presented. Flip flops are available upon request, we have taken the decision to try to reduce our plastic consumption. This is detailed on our website. Our pool is kept at 31 degrees which most people find to be a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. I was completely unaware of any issue with our massage beds and will address this immediately. I will feedback your comments regarding Afternoon tea with the Bar Manager, so she can retrain her team to agree the pace of the experience with the guest on arrival. I am sorry your experienced fell short of your expectations and our usual high standards. Kind regards Fiona Darde

Thank you for your feedback and lovely comments regarding your stay with us. The team will be delighted to receive such positive feedback. There must be a glitch with the pricing system as we commit to best available rate always being available on our website. This has been highlighted for investigation. We hope to welcome you back soon. Kind regards Fiona Darde

We stayed on Sunday and took advantage of the dinner bed and breakfast package at £190, which is pretty reasonable. The decor of the hotel is light and airy. It's equipped with comfortable furniture and open fires. The pool was nice, but when we used it on Monday morning (we

We had a voucher for my partners 30th birthday for a full cream tea and then a gin&tonic or champagne. It did NOT disappoint! There were already loads of people having afternoon tea which tells me it must be good. A lovely selection of savoury (not just boring dry sandwiches)
