My daughter and I stayed for four nights in a twin room on the second floor. Due to the COVID restrictions everything was completed remotely, including picking up the key and parking permits from the lock safe. The guesthouse is in a central location, clean and presented well. We could not have breakfast (again due to COVID-19 restrictions), but tea and coffee was available in the room. The parking permits were reasonable, and we managed to park close by as and when needed. Being on the main road, you heard lots of traffic noise, and the noise from people walking past. As such it was impossible to leave the windows open at night. Things to note, the stairs are steep and a difficult climb if you have any difficulty with walking or balance. The bathroom although spotlessly clean is a tight squeeze. Would we stay here again? Yes despite the cons, the location was perfect for us.

What a find. Lovely host. Great room. Parking outside with purchased permit. Fantastic breakfast. A 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Exeter. Would definitively stay here again in the future. Three of us stayed for a night.

We spent one night here on our way to north Devon, and the B&B is perfectly located near the train station and city. The only drawback was the noise from outside because it's on a big road. But it's a beautiful house with lovely rooms, well decorated, breakfast was great, the hosts were friendly. We had a shared bathroom, which wasn't too bad for just one night, but it was one floor down (we were on the top floor). But there was a separate toilet opposite our room. All in all, a good stay.

Spent two nights here last week. It’s a decent B&B very close to the city centre. The rooms are clean and are spacious enough - although our bathroom was a bit of a squeeze! The only small issue for us was being on the main road, which meant there was a fair amount of traffic noise. We also had to park around the corner but that wasn’t too bad as we were given a permit by the owners which was much appreciated.

Clive and Linda are very friendly hosts and didn't really need to trouble them for anything we required We stayed here this week for 3nights-a family of 4adults with our 2yr old...they were very friendly and accommodating...The rooms and lovely, well decorated English rooms and very fresh and clean. T.V in good working order but we never switched it on, plenty of hangers for coats and clothes and ample supply of tea coffee and milk.. Very comfortable and definately value for money. The guesthouse is set over 3 floors and is well worth the stay... thanks for having us stay with you Small things to note: it's not fully sound proof and also had stairs leading upto 3 floors of rooms, however, it is a lovely home to be in and very centrally located- 5mims to city centre and Exeter central station and 10mins to St David's and the quay ...
