Great Breakfast, hosts were very helpful and friendly, Great location for walking the coast path and walking though the wooded area around Lynmouth. Plenty of eating places this time of year. Visited the area in February which was very quiet but nice if you are looking to relax.

We stayed for a couple of nights and found this B & B had everything we needed and was in a convenient location for Lynmouth. Denise and Geoff are very friendly and helpful, and Geoff cooks an excellent breakfast. Parking is just across the road at a public car park which wasn't very expensive, and you could avoid any charges... More

Denise and Geoff are wonderful hosts, we have stayed here a few times now and always receive a warm welcome, filled with plenty of local news and information on what's new, places worth visiting, etc. Breakfasts are made with local produce and are delicious, there's usually even a spare sausage going for well behaved canine companions. Parking is easy and... More

I stayed at this picturesque B&B last June and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting lovely Lynmouth. Booking was simple, the price extremely reasonable and I was delighted with my charmingly and comfortably furnished double room for single occupancy, which looked out onto the river flowing past below – the sound of the water was blissful to the ears...
