When I booked this camp site I did not realise just how lovely it was .Although quite busy at times as it was August there was still the feeling of escape and restfulness,so much so my daughter and I stayed for two more nights as we didn't want to leave to go to our next site.

What can I say, if you are looking for an idyllic setting for camping look no further! Situated in by the river and surrounded by woods there are a limited number of pitches which makes it very peaceful and spacious to stay. It is the only site I have slept in at due to the

Hi do caravans have electric
If you mean the static ones, then yes. There are electric hookup points for tourers.

Thanks for the question. If you are camping or in a touring caravan or motorhome the departure time is 11am. If you are staying in one of our static caravans, apartments or holiday lodges then the departure time is 10am. We are always willing to discuss our guests individual needs if there is a reason to delay departure, but arriving guests who are filling in the vacancy you will be leaving have to be taken into account. Further details are on our own web site. regards Lynne & Chris

"have a pitch away from the river or you'll have no sun until about 10am"
"All pitches are great with enough space between neighbours."
"We stayed on pitch 18 which was fine"
"Any one of the lodges is beautiful - but order bedlinen also clean and fresh saves such a lot of bother bringing your own."
