What a delightful hotel, we had a nightmare of a trip getting to Lynton but a phone call ahead to Helen and to be told not to worry. We eventually arrived at 22.45 ! Helen even took the bags to our room and made us tea. The accommodation was very comfortable with plenty of hot water and fresh towels. Tea...

Having never visited Lynton before, we found Croft house on the Internet and booked a three night stay over the August bank holiday weekend 2016. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Chose to stay at Croft House, while walking the south west coast path in that area. Could not have been happier with our stay. The room was comfortable and clean and Helen so welcoming. A really enjoyable holiday, would recommend the walk and Croft House! Hope to return and spend more time in the Lynton area as so beautiful.

There are too many positives to mention. Helen is a truly professional hostess. She cooks a fantastic breakfast, is always welcoming and runs an immaculately clean and very lovely establishment. With only 6 rooms she is able to match her own very high expectations of excellence. She was a wealth of information about the local area - which is well...
