Exmoor Coast Holidays at Caffyns Farm finds itself as a contradiction, close enough to smell the sea air despite being a stone's throw from woodlands; exciting in it's immediacy to outstanding tourist sites yet relaxing in it's secludedness. The multipurpose and family friendly site contains a legion of different activites to be enjoyed whatever the season. A campsite with fantastic facilities at heart, we have expanded the area to include a Trekking Centre, a Restaurant and Bar serving craft cider homegrown from the farm's orchard, a high quality locally known farm shop with farm made produce and our brand new Goat Cafe. Even if camping's not your thing, we have alternative farmhouse accommodation full of rural spirit and charm.

From the moment we arrived it was fantastic the young man that showed us to our beautiful room was polite helpful and very welcoming. we later went to the bar and again we were welcomed with jolliness and politeness. The food was fabulous and I would highly recommend the chicken korma one of the nicest I've ever had and all the food is cooked fresh. I would highly recommend this place either as a B&B or motorhome as a couples or groups everything you could need they probably have

Fabulous farm, very friendly and extremely accommodating. One of the nicest ciders I’ve tasted is grown and brewed on site. The food is lovely with plenty of choice. The room was extremely comfortable, excellent hot shower. Loads of room if you are here camping.

We had a two night stay at Caffyns B&B. within their Campsite and Farm. What a find!. Lovely soacious character room with a King size bed. Ensuite was very good with an excellent shower. Lovely setting, with great views. They have a Barn Restaurant literally a few steps across the B&B accomodation Excellent value and very good size portions of evening meals -from a varied menue served (last orders 6.30pm). The breakfasts are very good. They produce their own cider. which we purchased some to take home. There is counter withn the barn selling pasties, pies, sausage rolls.... plus various cakes. Good walks direct to Valley of the Rocks, Woody bay, Lee Bay etc.. can be made from the farm. There are goats, horses, hens, turkeys .... on site. There appears to be plenty of family activities available especially during the spring / summer months. The owners and all the staff we came across are extremely friendly. Thoroughly recommend and we will be back in 2024 now that we have found Caffyns Farm.

Me and my partner had the pleasure of camping at Caffyns farm. With the most beautiful views to the most scenic walks, it's a must try. We were met by the lovely family who run the farm and we were told about the farm and all the walks we could do on our few days there. The farm has brilliant facilities and a fantastic little shop and gorgeous cafe/bar. If there you must try their Cider! There are also lots of farm animals to visit, including their cheeky goats, beautiful horse and amusing donkeys. You can't forget the farm dog Bosun, who you may find at your tent doors waiting for a sausage or two. We can't wait to return in 2024 with the kids!

Lovely campsite nestled on the coast, great views and easily accessible to the coastal path. Plenty of room on the campsite, just drive around until you find your ideal pitch. There are many little hidden spots off the main field to really tuck yourself away. Showers and ablutions are fine, clean and serviceable. Plenty of hot water throughout our stay. Shop onsite is well priced. Cafe/Bar serves food until 18:30 ish, the menu is great and the prices are very reasonable. In summary, Great campsite, well positioned and would certainly return if we are back in this neck of the woods.

Great place with views and access to SW Coast Path! Can’t believe we didn’t find it sooner. Really nice bar with their own cider, full menu all day, we only tried breakfast which was good. Very well stocked shop. Horse riding is available although we didn’t participate also some very happy goats are dotted around! A sensible and common sense approach to camping, pitch wherever you want, have a camp fire, arrive and depart whatever time you want. The only issue we found is if you stay for a few nights and go off in the van for the day you may have to choose another location on the site because potentially someone has had your spot when you return; could be quite annoying but overall one of the nicest no nonsense campsites we’ve been to in 13 years of camping!

My girlfriend and I spent three nights at Caffyn's Farm where we endured patches of rainy weather and despite that, it's one of the most beautiful spots I've been to. Caffyn's really does have everything you could possibly need - public showers, toilets, a prep room/kitchen to store food in fridges or freezers or heat your food up in a microwave and wash your dishes, a fully-stocked shop that even has camping equipment should you be lacking something, an on-site café with some great food options and of course, best of all, a bar that serves all your standard favourites as well as their farm-brewed Exmoor cider which I would highly recommend. The family and staff that run the farm and camp-site are very friendly and hospitable. You're allowed to get up close and personal with their animals (goats, donkeys & horses to name a few) and you can even build a campfire near your tent (don't worry, they sell firewood in their shop). You can access the South West Coast Path via their gigantic apple orchard which takes you through ancient forests and along the coastline. I will definitely be coming back and look forward to my next visit!
