Stayed here for six months whilst working in the area! Hotel rooms spacious and clean but dated! ( hotel going thru major refurbishment now) Leisure facilities good. Breakfast excellent! Had a few minor issues , probably just down to length of stay but were speedily fixed by manager who was very approachable and professional! Staff looked after us all excellently...

Lovely evening. Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities good. Apart from one member of staff who spoke to myself and a colleague, while we were ordering a drink at the bar, saying we should hurry up as our food was coming out. There was no need to have done that quite uneccessary.

We have just returned from an overnight stay at the Holiday Inn and would definitely go back again. It is in a perfect location for town and other attractions. We booked a family room and it was one of the biggest we've had, excellent. The indoor pool was a blessing with the children and kept them entertained for a couple...

Good car parking in the basement with lift to the Reception which has been re-furbished. Staff very helpful and polite. I travel to Plymouth around once a month and will always try to book in at the Holiday Inn. The pool and gym are decent for a chain hotel. The bedrooms are large and always clean enough. They have recently refurbished the bar on the ground floor to give it a more modern feeling. The restaurant is on the top...

Nice to find a hotel with such friendly helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms a bit tired, could do with freshening up, but the foyer and downstairs bar was amazing. Breakfast was in the top floor restaurant with stunning views. Really good choice of buffet breakfast. Swimming pool was nice too.
