I stayed here for one night for a business trip. The place was clean, very well presented and the staff were lovely and helpful. I had a single ensuite room on the top floor, which was a bit of a hike, but totally manageable and the reception staff offered to carry my bags for me. The room had a single...

Good location for a ballroom dance we were attending with a short walk to the guildhall and all the shops and 5 mins in other direction and you were on the Hoe. Excellent price for a two night stay over New Year great value. We booked superior rooms which were spotlessly clean and warm and there was plenty of space...

I stayed for four nights over New Year's Eve. I was arriving late, around midnight, and received a courtesy call around 11pm to check when I was due to arrive, which was reassuring. Bar had closed on arrival, but the lady let me add a couple of beers to my room bill. Small bar area, but well stocked. Breakfast was...

The hotel has recently been re-furbished and is lovely. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. 2 mins walk to Plymouth Hoe and an easy walk into the city. Easy parking outside too. Good bar next to reception with good priced drinks

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. You are correct, we don't have great wheelchair access; there are roughly 10 steps from the road to the front entrance, and the breakfast room is also down some steps. If access to the breakfast room is a problem we have no problem in bringing you breakfast to our...

We had a superior room which was fine. It was convenient to have a comfortable seating area. The hotel has a number of attractive lounges and seating areas. The location is great, 5 minutes walk to the theatre and the Hoe. The small car park is at the back of the property, but there is a back entrance to the...

My husband booked here as we were going to a concert at the Pavilions. We were made very welcome and our room was lovely with its four poster bed and large bathroom. Everywhere was very clean. The bed was very comfortable with nice crisp linen. A large bathroom with a fabulous double ended bath, large power shower, fluffy towels and...

Depressing room which was gloomy. Snoring neighbour kept us awake during the evening. To add to the misery breakfast was basic & in a soulless basement room. over rated and other options in Plymouth worth considering.
