Fantastic little B&B. Warm welcome, lovely sized room, good sized bathroom. Very clean and very comfortable. Only downside was the window didn't open properly and the room was very hot when I first arrived. Just turned the radiator off though and it had cooled down by the time I got back from dinner. Breakfast was exceptionally good. I've already booked...

The staff were very helpful and friendly, our family room was spacious and beds comfortable. My son and his wife who live in Plymouth joined us for a lovely breakfast at a very reasonable rate and were also made welcome

A character hotel with a friendly welcome from the owners. Great location, close to the Hoe. Good hearty breakfast with attentive staff. Also parking was a bonus. We would definately visit again if we were visiting Plymouth.

A really friendly and comfortable guesthouse. We stayed in room 15 , lovely comfortable bed , pillows and a good shower. We faced the rear of the guesthouse and it was also nice and quiet. Ideally located for the theatre and the hoe. The staff are lovely and there is a small bar . Small car park but we knew...

A decent guest house quite conveniently located. Comfortable room with decent facilities. Breakfast choices were good and served in reasonable portion. Parking space along the road side was limited and needed to be lucky to get a space. If the signboard of the guest house was lighted-up or made more visible, it'd be easier for 1st time visitors to locate...

We are lucky to have 12 parking spaces off road and free parking on the road from 6pm - 10am, there are some evenings when parking can be...

A very welcoming hotel with friendly staff and excellent accommodation and a first class breakfast not to be missed . Centrally situated for easy stroll to the Hoe and Barbican and just a short walk to both the Plymouth Theatres.

I was down in Plymouth seeing my son pass out from HMS Raleigh and this hotel was the icing on the cake. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was in an immaculate condition , only problem was the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Came for a 1 night stay - to go to see 'Passenger' at the Pavillions. From the time of arrival, we were greeted by 'Mike' (I think?!), who helped us with our luggage. We were showed around, from the Reception, to the lounge/bar area, to the breakfast sitting area and then on to our room.. and what an absolutely beautiful...
