The room was clean, comfortable and modern with comfy twin beds and useful amenities including tea/coffee tray, large bottle of water, hairdryer, fan etc. It surpassed my expectations, particularly given the price we payed last min. The breakfast smelt delicious, although we decided to go out for breakfast instead, we would’ve enjoyed having breakfast in the little dining room. The owner was very friendly and having a key for the room & building meant we could return later at night.
Would certainly return again for a short stay, knowing it will be a clean, comfortable stay in a welcoming and well located B&B, at a really reasonable price.

Nice, clean and well appointed room, very comfortable bed, en-suite was compact but clean and well looked after, we were very pleased with the room we had.
Room facilities include everything you might expect, tea and coffee, TV, hair dryer and an efficient fan heater (it's November).
Breakfast was hot, well cooked and satisfying, with a good choice of cereals, yogurt, toast and cooked breakfast inclusive. Good coffee too.
Parking - Paid parking on Citadel road, we got a spot right outside. The hotel will provide (for £5) an over night parking pass valid till 10 am next morning, so DON'T pay at the roadside meter or on line before check-in, this parking pass saves you money !
Other information you might find useful. Plymouth Hoe is about a five minute walk away, leading down to the Barbican for shopping, food and pubs (15 minute walk with steps and some steep roads). The Plymouth Pavilions Venue is also around 5 mins away on foot, so the hotel is really ideally situated for visits to both.

Close to Plymouth centre and the hoe, so perfectly located, and we purchased a parking permit for £5 which was excellent value.
Fantastic freshly cooked breakfast this morning, and good supply of cereal and fruit.
Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again!
In terms of on the flip side then main stairway has a stale cigarette smell to it. It doesn't seep into rooms so no big problem. There isn't free parking but can't fault it as it doesn't claim to have any.

I would highly recommend this beautiful property. Thank you so much Keith and Sally

Dint know what to expect as don’t normally stay in B&Bs but I was presently surprised the rooms were clean and big tea coffee in room shower was good and the breakfast was great just enough and cooked very well
The lady who greeted us touch our temperature and we had to sign in NHS track and trace but this shows they are trying their best and credit to them ...
So if ya looking for a place to stay in Plymouth look no further very happy with my stay and would definitely stay again
