Hotel was clean, carpets were poorly fitted 1st floor corridor, shower curtain made it difficult to shower and water ended up on the floor. Packed breakfast was unappetising and extra. Greeting receptionist was unpleasant, check out receptionist was lovely.

The beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. Kept awake at night due the night club music from below the hotel. Staff looked scruffy. Shower was very low power. Good location in centre of Plymouth. Cheap but wouldn't stay again.

I stayed for 1 night for a business trip and I have to say I feel a lot of the reviewers for this place are being very unreasonable. I've stayed in many Travelodge's and have never had any of the problems people are highlighting. Check in was simple, the room rate was the cheapest around, the staff were very friendly,...

Lovely travelodge! Great value, 5miniute walk into the town and right next to loads of food restaurants, the staff were very friendly, only fault is that there wasn't enough plug sockets in the room, would like there to be some next to the beds.

I mistakenly booked this hotel late, thinking there would by places to eat in the evening and for breakfast. the local places were not to my liking for dinner and could not find a decent place to have breakfast before 7 am. I only saw the reception staff once on check-in and check out. all the other times no-one. I...

Visited overnight, well here we go: First room, bad smell, (reason to follow), bathroom dirty with hair and dirt on tbe toilet seat, bin dirty and not emptied. Rushed out to shop! Back and used the toilet facilities to find the toilet did not flush, and the room smelt worse! Went downstairs to see the main desk. "Oh yes, we...

The usual high standard that we have got used to when staying in a Travelodge. No complaints at all. Extremely convenient for the theatre, and restaurants. We were due to book in at 3. pm. But they allowed us to leave our bags whilst we went out for lunch. Very helpful.

very noisy night lodts of rowdy guests coming back early morning. Noisy beds and a broken toilet.. Also the only hotel were i was not asked how my stay was on checking out....... wonder why. probably no problem on a night out with friends but not ideal for families with young children.

Very clean and friendly hotel, breakfast boxes were fab (choice of two). Perfect situation for where we needed to be, only two minutes walk to the theatre. Could do with a revamp but it was fine. Would use again
