Friendly greeting, comfortable room, shame about the elephanr in the room upstairs, who woke us at 7am, and stamped round the room till 8 am. Why don't they soundproof between floors? Didn't get noise from sideways. Breakfast served in separate building across the car park - which has a charge to use it. Convenient to walk round the harbour and...

Stayed for 3 nights, great location in the Barbican area of the city, near the aquarium. Room was fine. Sofa bed was very lumpy but once mentioned to the very helpful receptionist an extra duvet was provided that made it much more comfortable. No air con which we prefer and you can open the window. Great staff, water available at...

This is centrally situated which is great there are additional charges for parking which you should factor into your costs, the rooms are what you expect from premier inn but they are particularly cold

Staff were always available, and extremely helpful. Stayed for 2 nights over New Years and had a great sleep on an amazing mattress! The facilities were fine and the hotel was sufficiently secured with key card access to the building and room. Price was great and overall a pleasant stay.

Shocking night sleep as was banging upstairs middle of the night for ages and nothing seemed to be done,we were that far away from reception I didn't want to get up and walk all that way. Poor food in the restaurant all three of us left most of our food . Breakfast was great as normal.

The team will also follow up any noise complaints made, in future you can just give the team a call on the local...

Good family room, amazing value for money. Breakfast made to order, good produce and variety. Good location, central, close to Barbican and Plymouth. Staff very welcoming. Went above and beyond to make stay great (incident involving lost teddy resolved by staff!).

I was disappointed on checking in that my seemingly bargain room was not such a bargain as now there us a £5.25 per day levy to park. Noting the hotel's location I would judge that at least 90% of people staying will incur this charge. This needs to made clearer when booking via the Premier Inn website as I did....

Pros: friendly staff, breakfast fine with a reasonable range of hot and cold food, and the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Cons: paying an extra £20 parking for 3 days parking is a bit of a scandal (particularly when I was told that I was paying for parking that "couldn't be guaranteed". It's not really acceptable to sell "the...
