The room was exceptionally hot (it was only 10 degrees outside) and when we complained...

Good location, welcoming staff and as expected quality from premier Inn. Breakfast was good and free basic WiFi was a nice new bonus. Reception staff were happy to print some business documents for free for me, which was a nice touch.

Very good position to access the centre of Plymouth. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a huge room, very clean, two huge fans to use I needed and you cold even open the windows. Plus, a really good price and free wi fi too. Also lots of parking available on site when we stayed.

Booked this for my family at the last minute and stupidly I made a mistake with the details. I phoned them and they kindly rectified it without charge. When we arrived we did turn up at the Premier Inn around the corner! Thankfully the mistakes stopped there! The reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was fab, as...

Lovely setting on the waterfront, very handy for the National Marine Aquarium, being no more that 3 mins away. There is a lovely waterside trail ( follow the fishes on the ground) that takes you around the harbour, past the Aquarium, and across the lock bridges directly to the Barbican. Being so central to the bustling nightlife of the Barbican...
