The bed was not made properly for our second night, just covered up with the duvet to make it look tidy. Very poor houskeeping.The rest of our stay was ok. Restaurant service personnel very pleasant but a shame that lots of items were off the menu due to shortages.
Very happy with the cleanliness and comfort we experienced at this Premier Inn. We had a view of the harbour which was a bonus.The staff were courteous and helpful and very welcoming. The hotel was well situated, being a short walk to the city centre.
