This hotel is easy to find , access to plenty of good parking places with no extra charge. Only trouble is that there is no left but as there is only one flight of stairs to go up just take your time and it is not too much of a problem. Hall way is very well lit and quiet.
Mattress on bed uncomfortable and pillows. I’ve stayed in many a premier inn and this was poor. Noisy people above us Breakfast next door ok but poor choice of food on evening menu. Spare bed very uncomfortable
As with all premier inns this one was spotless, comfy bed and pillows to die for. The Beefeater attached serves the usual fare and is clean and with friendly staff. It is a short taxi ride from the city centre ( about £10 in a taxi).
Accessible room not acceptable . We use Premier a lot but this trip was not pleasant . The room smelt damp as soon as we entered but could not tell where the smell was coming from . Staff came and sprayed the room and that helped a little . However it continued to smell ,…
Hotels are pitched at the "budget" market but give 5 star service and value that some flashier and more expensive Hotels could emulate. The staff seem genuinely pleased to be at work and go out of their way to ensure your stay is a positive experience.
