Cracking property, so clean and modern with great access to all amenities - we loved it and would recommend to anyone wanting a break with no ties to a breakfast time. Everything we needed was in this small but perfectly formed apartment .

Owner was very polite and helpful. Staff were very friendly. Food was good quality and it was refreshing to have service with a smile and not a scowl as is often the case these days. The twin room we had was very spacious and comfortable - not too warm and not too cold. I would recommend this to anyone on...

The bedroom ceiling was badly patched and the wallpaper was peeling. The bathroom was dirty with cobwebs in the skylight and around the tiles. Some of the tiles were broken. Recently got back from a 5 day break at the Ashley Rise Hotel. This hotel needs to be updated and modernised. Whilst the bedroom was roomy with plenty of space the furniture was old fashioned. Bed was confortable. Towels were white and fluffy. Breakfast was very good with bacon, sausage, egg, hash brown, toms & beans followed by toast, also...
