    Very welcoming, down to earth and friendly.
    Fantastic couple that made us feel extremely welcome as soon as they opened the door. Very clean and friendly place with great breakfasts and plenty of choice. Would highly recommend and most definitely use again.

    We were greeted by the hosts John & Julie on arrival & offered tea/coffee in a lovely lounge. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast, great choice. Quiet part of Torquay, approximately 15 minutes walk to the bay or to the town in the other direction.
