Me and my partner stayed in the Bay tree on a 5 day trip to Torquay.
The B&B was perfectly situated- not too close to the town centre that you could be disturbed, but a nice scenic walk away across the beach front.
The Baytree is in a quiet yet easily accessible location, with free parking to the rear of the property. We had a very warm welcome from Chris and Karen, accompanied by a nice cup of coffee.

Stayed here the last week in September, had a wonderful time. Hotel and our room were exceptionally spotless. Breakfast was lovely, wide choice from full English, smoked haddock, smoked salmon, fresh fruit and cereals. Will be visiting again. Well done Karen and Chris.
Warm welcome by lovely hosts. Beautifully clean throughout and a gorgeous breakfast.
Slept very well as in such a peaceful spot.
Excellent value for money and I can't recommend The Baytree enough.
Thank you Karen and Chris for a lovely few days

Hi, thanks for your question regarding parking. We have our own car park at the rear of The Baytree. We are also located between 2 quiet roads both of which have no restrictions. We only have 6 letting rooms with often 1 or 2 rooms arriving by train or bus. We have owned The Baytree for almost 16 years and travel out at least 3 or 4 times per week, we don't use the car park put always find a space close to us. Hope this helps.

"Our room (room 2) overlooked next door and was very quiet with a super king bed."
