Our second stay here, this time in the Shoalstone room. The rooms are fantastic - so comfortable, super clean, and very thoughtfully furnished and decorated, right down to a colour-coded torch in each bedside cabinet! Alexa controlled lights, heating and TV all add to the experience. A fluffy bathrobe, slippers, extra bath towels are all provided, and lots of little extras in case you have forgotten anything. There is a homemade treat of the day left in the room each day, which are yummy, and a complimentary drink on arrival. Coffee machine (colour coded of course!) and milk frothier is a nice added touch The breakfast choices all look lovely - it’s just a shame that we weren’t there long enough to try them all! The full breakfast was delicious. The beans and cheese on toast I had last time were absolutely yummy! Also available is homemade yoghurt, granola, seeds, nuts and fresh fruit etc, and a homemade smoothie of the day shot. So a healthy delicious breakfast is so easy to enjoy if wanted. Andy and Julian are so welcoming and friendly right from the start, and give lots of helpful information (the Juniper gin bar they recommended was so good). And on departure, they send you off with a goodie bag for the onward journey (water, biscuits etc) which is so thoughtful. Looking forward to trying a different room out sometime soon …

This was our second time we have stayed at The 25. The attention to detail that Andy and Julian show is amazing. They are so welcoming and helpful with advise on places to go and eat in the Torbay area. Every room is immaculate and clean along with detail that I’ve not seen in 5 star hotels. This is definitely the best by far bed and breakfast in the world!! Will be going back very soon hopefully 😄😄

We first heard about The 25 Torquay on local TV, having just earned another Travellers’ Choice Award - justifiably so! From the moment we entered, (we had the friendliest & welcome from Julian ) until the time we left, we couldn’t have received better food ( well done Andy), or hospitality. Our room was absolutely spotless, themed & looked amazing-had every facility you could wish for & more. The added touches of complimentary homemade biscuits, jar of sweets , chocolate & even a bag of snacks to travel home with, were so thoughtful. The bathroom was modern, spacious with a TV in the shower, warm & smelt divine as did the whole of ‘25’. We also had the added luxury of a little lounge. 25 Torquay will exceed all of your expectations & you won’t want to stay anywhere else in Torquay…………..…

Wow, what can I say this place is amazing. It was mine and my husbands 27th wedding anniversary and Andy and Julian made us feel so welcome. They gave us a free upgrade of room which was a lovely gift. The room was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. Our whole experience was fabulous . We have just got back from an amazing stay for our wedding anniversary and have to say we were blown away by the beautiful building, owners, room and breakfast. This was an utter class of perfection and everything was so well thought of. We will definitely be coming back and I would honestly recommend you stay here if you like the nicer things for your get away.

Wow! is the word that should not to be under estimated for this superb Boutique B&B. This was our first visit but hopefully won't be our last. From entering the reception area & being meet by Andy one of the hosts started a fabulous weekend. A welcome drink & brownie whilst enjoying the glorious weather on the small terrace was a lovely treat. Andy explained everything & pointed us in the direction of our room. The room was exceptional, so, so clean, well presented with so many added features from the usual B&B. The decoration & technology in the room was of a high standard & with such attention to detail. Nothing had been overlooked. The breakfast was fresh & delicious with a great variety of choices. Although we didn't have a car with us there was plenty of parking & the location was ideal for a walk down to the waterfront.…

This is our second visit and definitely wont be our last. Everything was perfect. Andy and Julian are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was to perfection and we looked forward to our surprise daily treat. They both recommended places to visit and their blog was very useful too. The weather was great and enjoyed our welcome chat and beverage by the water feature, not forgetting the duck. Our third visit to the 25. We keep going back because it is perfect in every way. Justin and Andy are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts set you up for the day, the menu choice is so wide ranging it is sometimes difficult to choose what to have. Bedrooms are unique and have the largest, most comfortable beds. The bedrooms have many additional features not found in other places. Andy and Justin have stamped their own taste in the decor and it works! Superbly located so that one can walk into Torquay. Stay here and you will see why they have won so many awards. Hospitality at its best! Perfect.
