1 night away with partner for valentines.

Highly recommend.

Car park underground felt safe and secure with gated entrance. £6 a night. That’s not bad especially being so close to the seafront.

Check in was smooth. Couldn’t pay car park downstairs so added it to our invoice which was sorted swiftly.

Room on 1st floor. Clean, and presentable.
Regular customer to premier inn and this is one of the best ones I’ve stayed in.

No visit to bar or breakfast/ restaurant so can’t comment.

We got an Uber as was raining and it was easy and cheap. Taxi was available to call from reception phone if required.

There is a steep hill, just for warning.

Thanks that was a very comfortable, peaceful stay. Will be back in the future!

I was apprehensive about staying here due to the negative reviews, but we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is within a short direct walk to the beach, so a perfect location. The room was clean, modern and everything worked well. Whilst the room temperature couldn't be lowered below 21 degrees, the temperature was fine for us. Breakfast was great and the staff friendly and attentive. On check in our room wasn't ready but front desk reallocated another room to us so that we didnt have to wait. The underground car park is well lit, wide spaces, and the charges are fair for the location. The cost of the rooms is high compared to other premierinns at £170 per night, but this is peak season, comparable to other hotels nearby and the good location near the beach has to be taken into account. I would happily stay again.

Nice hotel and on the whole the staff were nice, however, the breakfast chef was so unbelievably rude, moaning at people and throwing food on plates. Basically the breakfast was not an experience I would wish to repeat. Also would mention that there is no cleaning of the rooms if you stay more than one night, given that the cost for two nights was £340.00 plus extra for breakfast plus extra for parking, I think a quick clean and tidy and top up of tea/coffee etc is the least you would expect. Once again COVID is to blame.

Lovely hotel, but terrible service We arrived to check in at 2pm and were told check in was changed to 3pm because of shortage of staff to clean the rooms . When we came back at 3pm there was a huge queue and check in was very slow. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. There were loads of people complaining about the rooms. We had booked two rooms . When we finally got to the rooms one hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests so we had to wait while it was cleaned and bedsheets changed. Eventually got our rooms at 4.40pm. The restaurant was closed in the evening and the bar closed at 9pm and Breakfast was a huge disappointment. No hot food, just continental breakfast and the service was so slow it took nearly a two hours for breakfast. One lady the duty manager was extremely rude, but the other staff were very friendly and even apologised for the rudeness of the manager. Such a shame because it could be a great hotel in a great location, but definitely need to improve on the service and perhaps train the staff and get a new manager. Wouldn't recommend staying here. Other Premier Inns in Bournemouth are much better.

This hotel was brilliant. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were so friendly. The room was extremely quiet and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good value for money and the food was constantly replenished. The carpark was very good with it being underground meaning you didn’t get wet! Especially good with children. We had a pizza one night which was lovely and fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are ever in Bournemouth.

I stayed here for two nights while I was visiting friends in Bournemouth. When I arrived, there was a 20 min wait to check-in. Both of the self-service check-in screens were not working. The members of staff who checked in the line of people worked as quickly as they could. They were friendly and gave a good first impression. Parking under the hotel was convenient and secure. The room and rest of the hotel were spotlessly clean throughout. I was quite impressed with how quiet the room was from any noise elsewhere in the hotel. The air conditioning in the room helped to make the room even more comfortable. The shower was fantastic with two different shower heads to choose from or a bath if you prefer. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed here as family of four. Upon checking in there was a big queue with only one lady trying her best but the wait was very long. The self check ins were out of order.
There was no hot food during our stay due to a problem in the kitchen which was disappointing. We had continental breakfast but then was told there was no pancakes upon ordering.

The room was clean, external noise could be heard from the kitchen fans below our window so our sleep was lack lustre.
The staff were very friendly and tried there best, there didn’t seem that many staff and I never saw a cleaner, maybe that’s why four days into the stay a big pile of sand was still on our corridor.

Overall the hotel is in a great location, has a good car park and it has great potential once they iron out the teething issues.

Went for a break to Bournemouth also to celebrate my birthday. Great location short walk to seafront little further to the town. The hotel has underground parking payable on arrival at £6 for 24 hours. Great welcome and room on 4th floor. Ideal base to stay large enough and good sized bathroom. If you are staying for two or more days you can get room cleaned towels changed etc. Either let reception know the evening before or before 12 o'clock lunchtime. If no one on reception there is a button to press and someone will attend. There is a thyme restaurant on site. Personally we prefer to eat out locally. Everywhere was nice and clean. Nice touch from lovely receptionist wished me happy birthday and when returning to room there was a card a gift and a balloon! What a lovely gesture. Will stay here again

As a family we stayed at the new premier inn for 4 nights.
The hotel price for the 4 nights including breakfast was a bargain & when arriving at the hotel we were more than pleased with not just the room but the hotel in general.
The entrance & seating is beautifully decorated, with plenty seating areas of either couples or groups to sit for a chat or for waiting.
The room did not disappoint either, modern & clean.
We booked for breakfast for the whole 4 days which again the eating area is decorated to a high standard & the breakfast options catered for everyone’s taste & our party enjoyed all options of the breakfast buffet: continental & full English. The breakfast was superb.
I highly recommend the premier inn as it offers everything & more, & only 5-10 minutes to all amenities, 2 mins to lovely restaurants, takeaways & convenient store.
The hotel provides a secure
Parking area under the hotel

We arrived at this hotel and was directed to the spacious underground carpark situated at the back of the hotel. The reception area was bright, clean and tidy, we chose to do the self check in which was super fast and efficient, then later on when we had settled we sorted the car parking out and registered the number plate.
The room as very clean and tidy which we expected, we booked a quiet room which was situated on the third floor in a quiet zone. The air con worked well but one thing the hotel need to look at is changing the temperature setting as the lowest ours would go to was 21°. There was only 2 pillows and 1 towel in the room but when asked reception soon sorted us extra pillows and towels out. It was great to have a bath as not many chain hotels provide baths in the room. One thing thing we didn’t have was plugss in the bathroom for razors and toothbrush’s but this wasn’t a huge issue
We was notified beforehand about the potential lack of hot food but on check in we was told that the kitchen would be open for cooked breakfasts during our stay, we didn’t enquire about the onside restaurant as we prefer to eat out rather than stay in the hotel all of the time, and even when the bar was closed the staff were more than happy to produce glasses and ice for our room.

All in all this was a great new hotel in bournemouth, great location being a short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. It is a brand new hotel with brand new staff so a few teething problems are to be expected, but we thought our stay was faultless and would not hesitate in booking to stay here again in the future.

Hello Melanie, All standard rooms have both desk chairs and sofa beds. Unfortunately, our rooms do not have armchairs in. All Premier Plus rooms come with an arm chair and foot stool. The nearest hotel with Premier Plus rooms is Bournemouth Central.
