Arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a 'vaping' receptionist who was rather full of himself to say the least. Parking was tight although not helped by the one remaining space being blocked by some really bad parking by another guest. The room was cramped and badly laid out. The curtain track was broken and the mirror in the...

This hotel is perfect if you're not going to spend a lot of time in the hotel and looking for a base, like we were. The staff were very friendly and explained everything in detail which was a nice touch. You needed a fob to get into the front door of the hotel so not everyone could get in. Although...

Visited here for one Saturday night & stayed in a luxury double room. The room was clean, well presented and with a very comfy bed. It was placed on the top floor and overlooked the car park and wass quiet with little outside noise. The room would not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties. The only reasons I couldn't...

The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and served quickly. Our room was very comfortable and although the bathroom was quite small it served its purpose. The were tea & coffee making facilities, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, Wi Fi (which worked very well) and TV. The parking at...

Stayed at this hotel in Bournemouth, for business. The staff were very helpful and explained the general operations very clearly. I was very close to some decent restaurants, walking distance, so this helped.

Stayed one night to attend a conference the following day. Great location - soon found my way on foot to the beach then to the town and it was less than 10 minutes' walk to the Pavilion Theatre. Comfortable single room, spotlessly clean, very relaxing and on a quiet road. Excellent value for money, would stay here again if I...
