Had a lovely stay at the Hermitage Hotel Bournemouth, hotel is older and character style. Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is opposite the pier etc an within walking distance of the BIC, shops and restaurants etc. Lovely buffet style breakfast in the morning with good selection of choices, the only downside is that the car park...

Excellent experience! I stood in this hotel for 10 days in a room with a superb sea view. Staff were amazing, always helpful and cheerful. Besides the delicious breakfast, the award-winning food served in the AA Rosette restaurant is something that you just don't want to miss! Highly recommend

We were made to feel we were there for an occasion for when we first arrived. The package was very well organised and communicated to the guests, with all of the meals tasting great with efficient service. There was entertainment every night, all of it was of a high quality. It is a really lovely hotel with great views, our...

Previous reviewers talk about the excellent staff and service and they are right to do so. The staff are faultless. Polite, helpful and they respond to any call for service promptly and efficiently. The hotel is well located, well maintained and clean throughout. If there is any issue with this hotel it is that parking is limited. That said, you...

My husband and I together with my brother and his wife took my mum away for a two night stay in this excellent hotel. Absolutely faultless. We all had sea rooms with Windows to the floor so max view over the pier and beach. The whole hotel is spotless and a credit to the cleaners. The staff and management were...

My sister and I stayed for one night at the Heritage Hotel to see a show at The B.I.C and always use this hotel as the staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. We normally book in as bed and breakfast and we always look forward to this, as the breakfast is well...

Walked in without a booking and was welcomed by very friendly staff. It was just my daughter and I. The service was excellent and the meal was delicious - beautifully cooked and lovely flavour. We both had the carrot soup for satarter which was great, followed by roast beef / sea bass, both of which were superb. There was a...

We booked a 3 night stay half board for a restful time. We were not wrong in choosing this hotel. Car parking was available, the check in staff were great and showed us to our room which we had chosen as a superior de-luxe. The room was large with a 6ft very comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space...

We stayed at the Hermitage for two nights on a weekend as we were attending a show at the BIC. For location, this tops the lot as it is close as you can possibly get to the beach and the BIC. The hotel was very clean and tidy, the staff were excellent. Our room was a sea view double, (Room...

Have just stayed one night at this Hotel. On arrival parking was easy. Check is was very quick and all staff were extremely helpful and polite. We were on the 3rd floor in a sea view room, the view was lovely. However the room was quite small and the bed was very small, only being a double, I had thought...
