    Strange. I've never had a problem getting an answer. Try emailing them. There's always someone in reception in the morning. Best to ring and negotiate if you can but they do respond to emails. We love it at the Durley Grange

    Sorry, only just saw this question. We walked all around but didn't see any mobility shop with them for hire, but ofcourse there may be one. Staff at the hotel very helpful - ask them directly. Enjoy your stay.
