Stayed for 3 nights in September in room 5 at Cransley. Very good location a short walk to the seafront and close to several restaurants. Well equipped room overlooking the lovely garden with comfortable bed and well stocked tea tray and nice toiletries in the bathroom.Really excellent cooked breakfast at £7.50 if you wanted it (order the day before) or a lighter option at £5 if preferred. Only small drawback is breakfast is served 9 to 10am which is a bit late if you have plans for the day. The hotel has a small car park (room for around 6 cars) plus there is on street parking on Knyveton Road. Jonathan and Simon are wonderful hosts and the dogs George and Hector are lovely too. Definitely recommended.

We are currently staying at the Cransley and enjoying every moment! Beautifully decorated building, with lots of space and full of personal touches. Jonathan and Simon are very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you, also their two pooches are a lovely touch, as a dog lover I love that they are around the hotel to pet. Our room is very clean, the bedding is extremely soft and exceptionally clean which is so important. Full hospitality tray with fresh drinking water in the room which is a nice touch as well as cotton buds/pads and even a makeup remover flannel. Breakfast was delicious, there are two options; a continental and a full English with vegetarian options available for either £5 or £7.50. Lots of choice of fruits, yoghurts, cereals and pastries and endless toast, tea and coffee. I would definitely recommend this very relaxing, lovely small, quiet hotel which is only a mile or so walk into the centre😊

My special place in Bournemouth for many years, Cransley do not disappoint it's guests. I found it impeccable clean, with orchids in the windows, discret music, nice scent, bright room, everything functional, even wine glasses and a bath robe. But, as I said before, this not uncommon for the owners, Simon and Jonathan, which are the perfect host for this sea side resort. This elegant hotel is destinated to receive you at high standards and the best manners. For all this and even more, thank you guys and I hope to see you soon * I will add some new pictures, soon. Thanks

We stayed in Room 1 on the ground floor for two nights whilst visiting our Grandaughter in Boscombe. The room was first class for my disabled husband . An excellent , very well equipped room with a superb bathroom incorporating a large shower with a shower stool, copious amounts of toiletries, pristine towels etc. Very well lit bedroom with several table lamps as well as a good, adjustable central light. There were plenty of electric points , tea / coffee making facilities and also a TV. Excellent choice of breakfast, either a light one or plus a full English at a very reasonable cost. Beautiful dining room and lounge. The welcome and service from Jonathan was very friendly and the food prepared by Simon was delicious! All in all , this venue highly recommended if you want a good place to stay when visiting Boscombe

This is a Very Comfortable Stylish/Period Guest House in a very nice road. The Welcome from Jonathan and Info given was Excellent. The Room was Very Nice and Well Stocked.Bathroom was much the same and No Problems.Wi Fi is Strong.Bed was very comfy. We only stayed 2 nights so for longer stays im unsure of the towel charges.A Mini fridge in the room would be a suggestion. Beautiful Communal Hall,Lounge and Breakfast room inc Gardens. Breakfast was either Light or Large. The light one had Excellent choice of cereals, fruit etc with toast and croissants. I saw no kids and would believe its best for Adults Only.Easy access to Restaurants and Sea.Parking fine.Over All a Very Superior Guest House. We would Stay Again.

We have been to quite a few B&Bs and this I rate at the top of my list. It's exceptionally clean and well presented and is on a very quite street so no road noise. There is a pleasent graden to the rear which you can sit in, under cover if needed. The breasfast is wonderful. It's near to the main rail station and bus routes but is about 10 to 15 minutes to the beech walking time. Johnathon and Simon are wonderful host's. This place is definitely value for money and would stay here again without hesitation.
