Mimo the manager only gets your money, when we arrived toilet sink was dirty from previous customers, no towels and toilet paper, and window broken. We asked to fix it, when we got back to hotel in the night he didn't fix it and we slept with the window open all night long. We called him the day after, he... More

Came for a cheeky night out in Bournemouth with a friend and we wanted cheap accommodation. Originally booked into the BCC b&b for £60 - £30 each is a bargain It was very odd to begin with, we were expecting to stay on west cliff road but got a text to meet the owner at Exeter park road. We met... More

This hotel has a good central location, and a nice terrace with bar and breakfast room over looking Central Park in Bournemouth. The breakfast itself was good. However I found my room to be small and airless, particularly in the hot weather. Also had noise from ventilation system from kitchen outside to contend with. All in all it was ok... More

Perfectly positioned with access via the bar down steps to Lower Gardens and then just a short walk through the park to the Square and shops. Limited free parking available but the staff go out of their way to try and ensure guests can park. The room was clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was fine... More

Restaurant and bar close early, last order for food is 7.30pm. Bedroom was compact, décor dated. Car parking very difficult, limited amount of parking, other cars can block exit, so waiting for owner to arrive and move their car is a pain. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great hotel just off the Seafront. Beautiful large Bedroom, clean and well decorated as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good, lots of choice of cooked items and bufffet also set out for cereals, juices, toast etc..This was eaten downstairs in the Restaurant/bar area which is open during the day. Try to get a room facing the back (I know not... More

Comfortable, quiet, spacious, free parking, great breakfast, good restaurant, fantastic staff. Booked for a weekend conference. Had the first room ground floor. Still quiet. The location was two mins from the conference centre. Great place.

Great location, with all areas very clean and presentable , no noisy , rampaging youngsters coming in waking everyone up, had a excellent meal in the restaurant, fish and chips were superb, bar staff were very polite and a friendly relaxed atmosphere , the only moan was to be woken up by the kitchen staff radio early Sunday morning, but... We stayed here for a long weekend with a large family group (nearly 30 in all !) Although booked a year in advance the price of BBEM was amazingly low - we would have expected to pay the same just for a cheap B&B, without the EM. In spite of this, we found the hotel to be friendly and accommodating,... More
