Stayed here for just one night having attended a wedding locally. A lot of B&Bs do a minimum 2 night stay, so we were delighted to find this one. Lovely welcome from owner, Karen, who made us feel at home straight away. Comfy bed in well appointed room and the crowning glory was the full English breakfast, with locally sourced... More

Stable cottage is the perfect location for a family of up to 5 (2 adults and 2-3 children). The kitchen has everything you need to cook and store food for days out (packed lunches). The cottage is very comfortable and all very clean. Karen is so kind and hospitable and you can get on with it but if you need... More

Field Farm is a great place to stay - set at the foot of a green hill, it is peaceful, sheltered and comforting. There are two cottages for hire and two specific b&b rooms (one of which we occupied) situated in the third cottage along with the breakfast room and the b&b kitchen. The owner, Karen, is friendly and welcoming... More

Booked this bed and breakfast because of the good reviews on trip advisor. We weren't disappointed, lovely welcome, nice clean airy room, we don't eat cooked breakfasts, but lovely fresh blueberries, yoghurt, toast and jam, tea and coffee hit the spot and set us up for the day. We went to monkey world on Saturday morning, great place to visit,... More

Highly recommended B&B for any hotelier or B&B proprietor to see what makes a top class establishment. Instead of the perfunctory welcome afforded in the vast majority of places, the weary traveller is met with a warm smile and led to a delightfully decorated and appointed bedroom and ensure. A jug of fresh milk, a selection of quality tea and... More

We spent two nights here, two of us in Tack Cottage, which was freshly decorated and very clean. The extra touch of milk in the fridge and fresh roses on the window sill was much appreciated. Two friends stayed in a double room in the house, which they also loved. From the welcome from Karen when we arrived, through to... More
