We stayed for one night on travel zoo voucher. Accommodation was clean and pleasant. The taster menu was superb and the breakfast was lovely with high quality local ingredients. The whole experience was good and superb value for money.

What a gem of a hotel & perfectly located for exploring Sherbourne The rooms, all individually named, were beautifully decorated with crisp linens & plenty of freebies, we sampled the delights of the 7 course taster menu, which was absolute foodie heaven & also opted for their wine recommendation, a diff one with each course which we were so glad...

A birthday treat, lovely indulgent afternoon tea with prosecco, fab sandwiches and delicious cakes which were taken home. Comfy warm room, starched napkins and a view of the pouring rain from the elegant window, served by a delightful staff member.

The staff were the best thing about this hotel. They were all extremely helpful, kind, informative and jolly. Room was small, but sisters room was a lot bigger. Nice decoration, bathroom could have been cleaner. Nice touch with tea and coffee in room. Well thought out for travellers. Breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from, very well cooked and...

Very limited parking, tired decor in some places of the hotel, used towels lying around the hall every morning along with the hoover. Chipped and cracked sink in the bathroom and black mould in the corner of the shower. The good points out weigh the bad, excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed and our room at the top was very quiet....

This was a Travelzoo deal that we took for an overnight stay with 'Taster Meal' dinner and breakfast. All the hotel staff were extremely pleasant, helpful, polite and informative. The hotel was charming, spotlessly clean and every detail was attended too. Our room was delightful with homemade biscuits, plentiful tea and coffee facilities. The taster menu was at another level....

Stayed here to attend a works Xmas meal. But have also stayed here in the past. Parking is around the back with plenty of room. Check in is simple and we were warned in advance that a function was on. Rooms are fine with a comfy bed. Best thing is real coffee in the room with fresh biscuits (nice touch)....

Just a short walk from the town centre. Welcoming staff who carried this ambiance into all aspects of service within the hotel. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them - menu changes or bed linen needs included. We had a room on the second floor of the main building (Bluebell). We were warned you need to be able to cope...

Thank you so much for your lovely owrds. i am delighted that you liked your room, Bluebell and apologise that it is a bit like mountain climbing to get up there- one of the difficulties with beautiful but old buildings built in Georgian times. We hope to welcome you back to Sherborne and the Eastbury very soon.
