Right in the thick of it located on the seafront - a great location.At less than £50 a night for a double room it is excellent value.It does get noisy due to location and on the Friday night I could hear people outside until 4am....More

Accommodation was excellent,great value,clean,tidy and staff exceptional. Central for all our needs.Breakfast was outstanding. A really nice place to stay.would definitely recommend to anyone, ideal if visiting Brighton centre as literally round the corner.

Hotel clean, bright and modern. Staff as helpful as they could be. Housekeeping could be a little better - no soap or tv remote in room for 2 days! Beds in twin room very narrow. Location is great. Overall a good place to stay.
