We stayed in the Carlton room on the third floor, no lift. The room was pleasant enough the sloping floor is quirky. The shower had hairs in, the sink had a hole the iron had wires showing, the bedding very clean, and the view great if you can get the blind to stay up. All in all it didn't bother...

We booked B&B for two nights. Kempfield House is very conveniently situated. Chris, the patron, gave us a warm and informative welcome. I have some mobility problems so we were given a downstairs room, The Regency. Large, spotlessly clean, traditional, comfortably furnished with a four poster bed and pristine linen. The en suite did not disappoint, with easy walk in...

I highly recommend this b and b ,staff so welcoming and helpful. I stayed in a superior room which was perfect, a little dated but perfect for the age of the House.I brought my car and paid £10 for a 24 hour permit, which is fabulous value for money and managed to park close by. Everything was provided in the room,...

Stayed here for one night as a last minute trip. The communication was excellent as I couldn't arrive until late. Easy instructions to get in and a parking voucher (£10) was left in our room and is essential when visiting Brighton. Also a small bottle of wine and two glasses was very much appreciated after our long journey. Our request...

A nice, independent hotel, with friendly and welcoming staff. On-road parking which you can buy a permit for (£10 for 24hours). This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, because I thought the permits were expensive, especially when I know how much they are to buy from the council. Also, on Trivago/Booking.com the hotel states that it has...

Booked this a few moths ago, knew it's location and knew its where we needed to be. The lady in reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Took advantage of the car parking £10 for 24 hours which is a great deal in Brighton centre. The room was an old fashioned 4 poster bedroom , very spacious with comfy bed and...

I like the personal touch you are not just given your key and left to find the room like other hotels. rooms are...

Booked a last minute night away in Brighton and wasn't disappointed with the Kempfield B&B and for £65 was cheap One down side is the only parking in the area is street parking so its bit of a Lottery to find a parking space and for this it will cost you an extra £10 for 24hrs which can be obtained...
