I only visited the hotel for the afternoon to view The Argus (local Brighton newspaper) photo archive exhibition. A room had been provided by The Grand for the photos to be displayed in - possibly they had underestimated the interest there would be in this fantastic historical narrative as it was a tight squeeze but definitely worth the effort. When...

We stayed for just one night, but enjoyed it very much. The room was fine, a little unexciting, but certainly comfy. The floor was a bit creaky, but for me this added authenticity given that the building is quite venerable. The bar is a great environment to relax in, and at various points we tried champagne, beer, and cocktails! All...

Hotel was brilliant, all staff were very friendly. Will definitely be returning. Cannot explain how great the service was! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, it was excellent. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Lovely Hotel a shame about all the building work going on. I would make sure I ask in the future when booking any hotel. Also if booking this hotel make sure you ask for a refurbish room as the older rooms are very dark.

We went to the hotel for my husbands 65th birthday. Found the welcome very friendly and everything was really good. Ate in GB1 the first night, really nice, food was excellent. Loads of hot water for baths/shower, It was rather hot in the room so tried to leave the window open but the noise was a bit too much so...

The service makes this place such a great hotel to stay in. My husband and I stayed with my parents for one night. My Mum is a coeliac and it was not only a fantastic breakfast for us but for her also. There was even a selection of GF rolls and bread.

Despite the extensive restoration works this is a truly premier hotel. Spacious rooms with the bed /linen and towels of top quality. Facilities in the room, and breakfast were excellent. Staff were polite and really efficient. Faultless stay.

I loved my stay at The Grand Hotel. The staff were lovely and professional. The room was unreal, it looked like a picture from a magazine. When we entered it was a beautiful sunny day, the balcony doors were slightly open with a slight breeze and we had a brilliant view of the blue sea and sun. The room was...

A treat to experience the premier hotel in Brighton, even though the property is undergoing extensive works. Top notch throughout. Facilities in the room were very good and the bed/bedding luxurious! Staff were quick and efficient. Wifi worked well too. We had a discounted rate due to the works being carried out.
