The Cavalaire is a Guest House with a friendly informal atmosphere. Refurbished to a very high standard combining Victoriana with a contemporary style and finish. In a central location perfectly positioned within walking distance of all the attractions of Brighton. The Brighton Dome, Royal Pavilion and the Theatre Royal are all within 15 minutes’ walk of this guest house. Brighton Train Station is around 20 minutes away, with direct links to London and Gatwick Airport. In order to prevent the waste, to be eco-sustainable and serve always fresh food, we do Pre-order breakfast the day before. We offer a full breakfast service for most dietary requirements including vegetarian and vegan. We have written some suggestion to what to see in Brighton and around, in a book that you will find in your room. Each room has an en suite shower room with basin and wc. All our rooms also offer the following facilities: Toiletries • hand towels and bath sheets • extra large duvets • Mini-Fridge • Large flat panel television • hairdryer • beverage tray • iron and ironing board • free wireless internet access You are welcome to use our public living room all day until midnight, furnished with tables and chairs, covered by free wi-fi connection. We are happy if you have your take-away meal in there, but please, to respect other guests don't bring smelly food in the hotel. We have three private parking on the street, please book that in advance to make sure to reserve for you. Mind that our hotel doesn't have a reception, but we are usually around all day in case you need us.

We had a 3 night stay in early September & reserved the 2 Best rooms, numbers 3 & 7. Everything was very good & we have no complaints at all. The hosts were charming & genuinely seemed grateful for our custom. In these difficult times they had done everything to keep their guests & themselves safe. Breakfast was top quality & a good choice & selection. Highly recommended with the added benefit of their own parking within 10 metres of the front door at a cost per night. We would return without hesitation.

It was only two nights but what a fabulous place to stay. Beautifully presented and fabulously hosted, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast didn't disappoint with a choice of continental style or hot food, and the cooked breakfast is definitely one to go for. Unique piece of art cover all the walls and the individual styling details add to the classy, but relaxed and comfortable feel. So much more than a hotel. Thanks Vesna. See you again soon. p.s. Don't forget the picamix!!

As we drove up to The Cavalaire we were greeted with the brightest yellow building and ee received a wonderful, warm welcome from Vesna. The B&B is so unique, beautifully decorated with artistic and creative touches everywhere. The rooms are comfortable with thoughtful extras such as bottled water, Clipper tea, fluffy towels and mini-fridge. It is in a great location just a couple of minutes stroll to the beach and 10 minutes to The Lanes area. We would highly recommend a stay here.
